 People have been a little sketchy on the map [inclusing me cuz i neer played xD] So I took the liberty upon myself to find a good map. TA DA!!

Wow that's pretty cool.
But last i checked, Suran is along the south-west coastline.

Very awesome, it'll be a great help to the guild.
Just a side note, I'd probably change the title to MAP OF ALL TAMRIEL, as thats the actual name.

Indeed Tamriel, oblivion refers to the Deadric realms.
And only a smart part of this world is in TES IV Oblivion.

I have an issue with the map; are you sure that there is supposed to be a road connecting Vvardenfell to the main land in the North-East corner? The reason why is that in Morrowind, there was a map in there, showing the whole country of Morrowind and that the thin piece wrapping around the main island bent off East, away from the island.
