Per this thread there needs to be something done to clean up this guild. I propose this: Whenever there is a new episode mods find the FIRST thread for said episode and begin locking all other repeated threads. In all locked threads put a link or open URL for people to refer to the original thread. Open to discussion, that's just what I think, what's the plans everyone else has?

Sounds like a good idea. All of these repeat threads are hard to keep up with. What about summaries?

My view on the entire matter is that if the guild has gone this long with repeating threads, and has yet to fall into pandemonium - than you should leave it be.

The point is to get everyone talking in a single thread rather than several. There are 10 threads for one topic each one only getting about 10 replies, it would be better to get 100 replies in a single topic rather than have it spread over. This would encourage discussion, and debate as well as making us all moar organized.

;O I understand the point, but it doesn't alter my opinion that if it has gone this long without chaos, that it should be left alone. If you really desire that there be only one thread for all discussion, then - considering that you are a moderator, I assume you may, perhaps have permission to make these decisions - if not, contact the guild owner about the entire matter and get her view on it ~ if she likes it, and you get positive feedback in this thread, than go for it <3

[Anti] no longer uses Gaia. The guild basically belongs to Alex now.

In the guild I mod in we have a current episode subforum and in it there is only one thread for that one episode. It is for people who don't want to be spoiled by threads like "omg kataang kiss!" or something like that.

Not only do we have several threads of the episode but at least three are "OMG *insert spoiler* LOLOLOL" so it just ******** up everybody's s**t.
