Yes i'm aware that mech on mech action isn't for everyone but i am simply curious. What are your favorite pairings? If in fact you even have any? Mine are as follows.
OptimusxElita (old school love ftw)
IornhidexChromia (grumpy love also ftw)
StarscreamxSkyfire (oh c'mon its cute damnit!)
JazzxProwl (love can in fact be black and white)
SunstreakerxBluestreakxSideswipe (Bluestreak sammich!)
There's probably more but it's 1 AM here and i'm bloody tired.

Ironhide/Chromia FTW.
But for the Beast Wars fans out there, I totally loved Tigertron and Airazor, even though it was a lot less interesting than Blackarachnia and Silverbolt. But seriously? My OTP to top them all?
Terrorsaur/Airazor. That would have been mind-blowingly hot.

Besides this being my first post...I like a mix of mechxmech and mechxfemme.
My personal favorite is '07 BumblebeexArcee...too bad the fangirls have assaulted it, and almost everyone hates Arcee. Where's the heart ???

Since the only canon pairings have been straight, I'm going to have to go with
Ironhide and Chromia,
Optimus and Elite-1
And that hilarious pairing of Seaspray and Alana. Mech x Squishy! XD
Also, the canon pairing in TFA of Lugnut X Stryka I thought was nice AND hilarious.

Good to know even a brute of a woman can find love. ;p
(Edited this part because it seemed like I was being too defensive)
I hope I don't come off as a slash-hater.. I'm not. I just have had alot of situations where it's been thrown in my face, especially when I point something out that doesn't support their pairing... ninja

I usually only go with a few Mech-Femme ones (I mean, it WAS cannon that there were very few femmes, right? or is that just me?) but it's not like mech-mech is slash. They're giant robots, yeah? They're alive but that doesn't mean that they arent technically androgynous....

Bumblebee-Jazz (Frag you, I'm sorry, but I can't stomach Jazz-Prowl and differing fanpairings are our rights as fans! xp )

Granted, IDW explained in their universe how fems came about, but we're talking pairings here, not sexuality. regardless, the pairings that exist are mech-fem. That's what I go by. And I don't mind slash. It's just that slash stuff gets SHOVED IN MY FACE every direction I go. So I've started to feel about it the same way I do about Yaoi. You can enjoy it, but don't shove it in my face. Sadly, people still do. lol, and then there are the ones who make male characters to make a mech-mech relationship. XD Those are the ones that strike me as odd.
