Basically these are the backroads and alleyways of the city. A lot of street racing goes on here, but it tends to be very dangerous. People ram their cars into each other to win a race, or have friends that come out and knock other racers off course. Also, most people who do a lot of street racing(like Sarah) keep their cars in their garage around here, for easy access. With this though comes cops, as they hang around to watch for any street racers, marines or not. Come RP here if you've got a car, just want to RP chat, or watch some of the races.

Rules:
1) All of Twi's rules.
2) If you race someone else, try an RP it realistically. Don't dodge every single time if they try and ram you, and don't say you dodged every bullet from their machine guns. Relax, you can get your car fixed here, no matter how bad the damage. After all, here in the city it isn't real life. smile
3) Don't let yourself get caught by the cops! They'll try and take your car away.

NPC racers:
-These are other racers here that you can control if you wish to race them. If someone is using a NPC racer for a street race, you can't use it. Wait until they've finished and the NPC has "left."

Name: Drake
Car: Le Mons
Details: He loves to cheat, and he has three unknown "friends" that will try and bump you during the race. He will use every single shortcut and alley, and occasionally he may even use his machine guns if he thinks he might lose. He is extremely hard to beat. His car is a dark blue with a black stripe running alongside the bottom edge of the vehicle.

Name: Ivy
Car: Lamborghini
Details: Ivy is an honest racer, at least when it comes to "bumping" the other person. Shortcuts are what she knows best, and she uses each and every one in a race. She can be difficult to beat, unless you know every shortcut and backalley in The City. Her Lamborghini is a dark orange with black-tinted windows.

Name: Harley
Car: Ford GT
Details: Harley is a tough driver who loves to cheat but knows no shortcuts, so he will never use them. He often attracts police during a race, but no one is sure how yet. They almost always show up if you race against him though. His Ford is a dark gray-silver, with a scorpion painted on either side of the car in aqua blue. On a scale between hard, medium, and easy for how hard he is to beat, he is medium.

Name: Lina
Prefered Car: her Ferrari, air lifted from Europe
Details: Lina is a tall, dark haired woman that often starts races. She waves a colored piece of cloth, and the cars are off. She doesn't drive a lot and only rarely will she appear in her car, a blue ferrari. There is a one to a hundred chance that she'll race, but if she does, she is extremely hard to beat.

Sarah's sleek black Vette quietly rolled out of the garage. Sarah looked around quickly, then pressed ever so slightly on the gas. The car eased foward as she put more pressure on it, and soon enough she was cruising along at 50 mph- not enough to be noticed by other racers, or by cops in this part of the city. Sarah looked up at the full moon overhead, making the tall, sometimes abandoned buildings cast looming shadows over the street. Sarah stayed to these shadows, her jet-black Corvette blending in perfectly when it didn't have the headlights on.

((Is it okay to make up random racers that anyone can control? And just maybe a basic profile, such as name, car, and such.))

Sarah grinned as the cops passed her, unknowingly. She was definitely going to join the chase. Clicking on her headset, Svarten's voice spoke up.
"Who the crap was that?" he asked.
"I'm assuming it was Liz," Sarah replied, rolling her eyes.
"Oh," he muttered.
Stamping on the pedal, Sarah's black Vette rolled out of the shadows, gaining speed quickly as she followed the cops and the Vette in front of them.
"Autopilot engage," Sarah said calmly, and Svarten took over. Sarah took the oppertunity to glance out the window the back window. She saw small, blinking, red lights coming over the rise as the car made a right turn.
"There are more coming," Sarah told Svarten. "Autopilot disengage."
Sarah took control of the car once more, and followed Liz, speeding up and hoping the cops would take her bait and speed up as well.

Sarah smirked as she passed the only surviving police car out of the four. Taking a quick breath, she looked around. She knew this place, inside and out. It was her territory, and no cops were going to beat her on it. With one hand on the wheel, she removed her headset and pulled out Svarten's A.I. chip. She plugged it into her Vette, and resumed driving as the small holographic image of Svarten appeared.
"Svarten, auto-aim, target, last remaining police vehicle."
The raptor's image nodded and a moment later the machine gun rose up. Sarah slammed the breaks and spun the car around to face the car,and the machine gun opened fire. Sarah hoped just to startle him and gain a bit of ground in between them and the cops. Five seconds later, the machine ceased, Sarah hit the gas, spun around, and raced after Liz.

Sarah growled as she saw the SUVs. She hated them- especially since they always came in pairs and took up most of the road. Concentrating quickly, she narrowed her eyes and caught sight of a small alleyway that lead to another road, though a ways away. If they could get into it before the other cops came around the corner, they might just get away.
"I see one, but it'll be a tight squeeze. Get your car behind me and follow me. See the small alley ahead? We'll barely make it by those two SUV's, but it should work," Sarah said over the radio between the two cars.

Sarah blinked in suprise as Liz suddenly changed her plans. She shrugged it off and narrowly avioded the closest SUV, turning right into the alley. She slowed down and looked in her rearview mirror to see if the police SUVs had caught her, but they hadn't. Slowly stepping on the gas pedal, she eased the car forward, then slowly turned it around to face the entrance. When she did, she stopped the Vette but left it on, with one hand on the headlights. She would turn 'em on as soon as she saw Liz come in, because if she didn't, there was a good chance Liz might run her car over.

Sarah, not seeing Liz, eased her Vette out. Not cops. Turning right to head the opposite direction she came in from, she rounded a corner and began to speed up her vehicle. Out of another street came an SUV, hot on her trail. Too late, she saw a road block ahead, made up of spike strips on the end, and a couple of SUVs with about five feet in between them. Crossing her fingers for the best, her Vette beared down on the small gap. The Corvette pushed its way through, the lowered, sleek craft only retaining a small amount of damage. A loud screech of tires and a slamming sound puzzled her. Curious, she turned the car around and saw the SUVs had rammed into each other in a too late attempt to crush her between them. The third one, which had been on her trail, had slammed into the first two. Gloating, Sarah turned her car around and sped off into the night.

Sarah spun around her Corvette a few minutes later as she confirmed she had lost the police. Unfortunately, she was now in Harley's territory, and the guy was known for stirring up trouble with the cops. Taking this into consideration, she turned Svarten's holographic image back on.
"Burger King, how may we help you?" He asked sarcastically.
"Haha, very funny. I need you to keep a lookout for any police, and Harley's Ford GT, ok Svarten?" Sarah said, moreover as a statement, not a question.
"Ok." Svarten's image turned and blinked off.
Sarah sighed in relief, knowing there was a chance she could get away if Harley showed up. Turning around, she cruised her Vette through the shadows until she came up on the street Ivy, Drake, and Liz were on. However, she had come up from behind, and wasn't going to interupt their race.
