 Okay, so I don't know about you guys, but..
I think Gaia is putting out too many new items.
And it's a little overwhelming for me, since I don't really go on Gaia regularly anymore.
Like, I leave for a few weeks and BAM!
New event items! New Gaia cash store whatever items! NEW ITEM DESIGNED BY SOME CHICK! Item design contest!
Srsly, when will this all stop?!
I enjoy new items as much as the next penguin, but Gaia is throwing too much at us. D:

I actually agree cause they're not even giving us time to really save up gold for the next "new thing" and it's driving me crazy! xP

  Mmm... I just hate all the quests that happened... Especially after dial up D:< But I'm fortunate... Not a lot of things perk my interest... So if something DOES come out that I like I have money for it :B

Yeah, it is a little annoying. My best buds computer broke, so she can't go on Gaia at all, so every week she calls me and is like: "So, what new items are there? Any new MC's? What about -insert item here-. Has it's price gone up at all?" And so on.

It's nice and all, but it's hard. I mean, I like some of the items as much as the next person, but they could take time. Sometimes, they don't come out with the best stuff, or nicest. I'm just saying that they should take their time and create good items that people will like, and take their time on them, so they look really nice. Also, maybe they could spend less time on items, and more on building Gaia better. If they don't, then they won't have anyone to give items to. But, that's just in my mind.

I remember, I didn't log on on April Fool's and I missed the whole giftbox thing, so I had no idea what was going on. xD

I don't mind some of the new items, but I think they should really cut down, like other than the monthly collectibles have maby like 1-2 new items every year-half a year. :3 Just my opinion though h:3

I like it when they give us
items, but not a great surge
of them like now neutral
A few items every month or
so is a lot better than a million
items once a year.
I agree with DemonPlushie.
It's better if they take the
time to really process item
ideas and give us something
spectacular, as oposed to
"BAM! item idea. BAM! item."
Y'know?

As soon as I save up for one thing I want, fifty more appear. It makes me sad...even though the stuff is awesome a lot of the time, gotta give them that.

I love the new items they keep releasing. But I am an item whore. I am constantly looking for new items to make new avatars out of, new outfits and whatnot. The more combos I can make, the happier I am. 3nodding Are you able to log on more often, that way it's not so overwhelming?

that's a selfish way to put it...
the people who are active enjoy new items, for the the most part. gaia is evolving all the time, and with new members, comes new petitions, and new ideas to make gaia greater. the contests are cool since people don't have to wait a loooong time for petitions, they can use their talent to make gaia a better place, and get gold too. With all the different people on gaia, so people's avatars can have some individuality (as individual you can get with over 100,00 members and not even half as many items) new items are just nice. and with new items come new rarities, and that gaia who came in '07 and couldn't get anything rare has a chance you know?
