The Reason i ask this is because
i like anime i like it a lot...
but it seems every anime has a lot of
like black magic and summoning and stuff like
that...
i would watch them a lot if they did
not have that crap in them
but yet some people might say they have discernment
but its still going directly against the Bible...
What are your thoughts on this???

I like anime very much, and I just try to stay away from some of them that go directly against God.
However, anime is fantasy and if you think its real you obviously shouldn't be watching it.
All in all, if its an influence on you then I don't think you should watch it.
That's just my best advice.

That's just my best advice. i would be really worried about anyone who thinks it's real, but if you think its influencing you negatively then dont watch it! '...if you eye tempts you to sin, gouge it out, for it is far better to go through life maimed then to be in Hell whole'

Because they're fiction, which allows the writer to make several plot elements less-than-realistic.

Yeah, dude above me is right, plus it's japanese, and some of Japan's older religions are shamanism and such, so it's "kinda" historical to them.

Act of Random Kindness Yeah, dude above me is right, plus it's japanese, and some of Japan's older religions are shamanism and such, so it's "kinda" historical to them. agreed. anime have a lot of old religions/spiritual belief systems that come form the culture around them..both current and ancient. and the fact that it is just an animation meant to be for entertainment they can put almost any kind of belief system in the manga/anime that that want...even if it isn't what they believe themselves. in a way though this allows us to get to know a little more about Japanese culture and beliefs

@trinity343 ~ You're right there. I think magic and junk is just popular in Japan nowadays, and most mangaka decide to go along with the trend.

This is a kind of tough topic, but I think what you have to ask yourself when watching anime or anything else is: How does it affect you? If watching it makes you uncomfortable, that could be the Holy Spirit telling you to stay away from it. If it makes you want to perform magic, ditto.
Personally, I'll watch some magic anime.... but only the series that don't really take it seriously.

Because Japan is a spiritual place and they tend to put their religion in. Although Anime is fantasy and fantasy tends to have magic in it.
