It is true. Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+ and Kingdom Hearts: Remake Chain of Memories are only meant for Japan. Every time the game editors get a hold of a Kingdom Hearts game they always take stuff out and put new stuff in. Which in turn makes the Japanese fans upset and feel that it is unfair that the US or Europe get a better version of the game.

Except that didn't really happen with KH2. As far as I know there weren't any secret bosses or cutscenes that were only for the north american version, so it really sucks that we're not getting the game.

Of course, I still hold on to my last delusional shred of hope that we're going to get an english version. D:
