sooooo... today started bright and early when I was strolling towards my busstop. I stopped next to my 2 friends who were also waiting for the bus, apart from the sheeps that were bunched together away from us... And then... 7 cops cars blocked off the roads and the cops came out, yelling at all of us to get down. Some moron dickheads had been shooting off fireworks and someone at home believed the loud noises to be gunshots, hence, the call to the police. my friends and I had no part in this whatsoever, except one friend witnessed the stupidity. The cops patted us down and searched our backpacks. I didn't carry anything illegal, my one friend didn't (luckily), and neither did my friend who witnessed the annoying events. So today was eventful and funny because the guys who did it were stupid assholes anyway rofl

That's not too bad. At my college the cops took this guy's hookah he and some friends were smoking sashia (sic) out of. That's tobacco, the even showed the cops that it wasn't marijuana.
But no, the cops kept saying since it was a bong (after being told it was a hookah and there are places like hookah bars) they took it saying it was paraphinalia off of a smoking campus.

the most hurting thing I heard was these two guys i know used to go to this high school and there was a ravine nearby. An undercover used to hide in the trees until people would come by and smoke then he would jump down and nab them. messed up s**t. My buddy's used to sit across the street and watch him bust everyone but they never got caught which is too jokes...

Icky... Usually cops are really nice to me. I've only met one mean cop ever... He was such a jerk... Seriously... I won't even go into it, bad memories.
Lol, the closest pot incident without being caught, that I know of. Was that this senior I knew got pulled over with some Mary J in the back seat, kinda scrunched between the top and bottom cushion area. When he saw it (she never made a move towards it) and asked what it was, she was like "what are you talking about?" looked in the back seat and gasped "OMG!". She told him she had given some drunk girls a ride from a party and they must have left it in there.
He took the MJ. Apparently left the pipes and told her to be more careful about who she gave rides to. Lol, I love Oklahoma cops sometimes, they can be the best.

Y'know... I just really don't know where to start. o_O; No, that's a fib. I'll start by saying that the one cop story I have involves a big scary man in a Bronco, a guardian angel that had to have been working double-overtime, and a squad car in just the right place when I ran out of trick driving manouvres. He was a Good Cop. But there were no drugs involved, ironically enough. lol But going down the list of friends and acquaintances... One:One dude (friend of my sis; I've met him a few times) got pulled over one night a couple years back on suspicion of DUI (driving under the influence), which happened to be the case at the time. The cop had him get out, and checked the backseat with his flashlight. The operable lesson here is to always replace your bong in its bag, by the way. This dude's was laying on the backseat. Cop pulled it out, set it on the roof of the car, and started questioning my dude. Of course, the curved roof of a sedan is no place for a glass anything. Bong fell and shattered. Poor mister Cop no longer has material evidence, and what's more, can't even say for sure it's been used. He's destroyed personal property. Ends up shaking a finger at my dude and telling him to drive carefully before peeling out of there. Two:Another girl I know was stopped by a rookie cop and his partner, the stereotypical experienced Senior Cop who's showing Junior the ropes. Girl's passenger had set her pipe and stash in the console, and this being California and these girls not being the brightest crayons in their respective boxes (but safely under the umbrella of approved medical marijuana users), they were still there when Junior asks for license, registration, and proof of insur-- is that marijuana?! rolleyes Senior came up, checked their med recs, but Junior is By The Book (TM) and confiscates the pipe and stash. Can't issue anything (he'd stopped them for a seat belt check, but they were safely strapped in, and since they didn't appear to be under the influence there wasn't anything he could charge them with), but is Covering His a**. They get back on their motorcycles and roll off, and the girl and her friend start on their way, then notice a pair of sunglasses that hadn't been in the car before. Sure enough, a minute later a motorcycle is behind them, flashing. They pull over and Senior strolls up, hands over the pipe and stash, and asks for his sunglasses back. He'd left them on purpose. ^_~ Three:Now for my sister... a few months ago, she was pulled over for an expired registration sticker. That should just be a warning, maybe a fix-it ticket if it's been expired for an extended time period. However, she was uninsured. Now that's a citation, and depending on the circumstances could get the car impounded. This cop decided, though, that the 20-year-old with blue hair and band stickers on the back of her Camry must be hiding something, and started ******** with her. Had her get out of the car... smart little sister got out, locked the door, pocketed her keys, and stepped a few yards away from the car. She knows she can't get out of the registration and insurance problem, but that's procedure. It's California, after all. Gotta be careful. However, to search her car the cop would need either a bench warrant (can be phoned in, really only delaying the search about fifteen minutes or so) or probable cause. Or permission. Reaching into the open window, unlocking the door from the inside and riffling through her things isn't covered by that. Sister, by the way, has been through some seminar-type things in which an advocacy lawyer advises you on what do say and do in certain circumstances, and what cops are and aren't allowed to do. At this point, she respectfully informs the officer that she's noticed he's unlocked her car without asking permission and is conducting an illegal search. Not that he'd stop, natch, but the entire conversation is recorded. It's now on record. He finds her herb, starts telling her she's in posession, so she shows him her dispensary-issued medical card -- and narrates that she's doing it (her county is still withholding the state-issued cards, by the way). He tells her, "California does not have medical marijuana laws." At this point, it's safe to cheer -- that cop knowingly lied about the law. There were more details that even became clear after the fact, but the end of this story will hopefully be on the news at some point, because apparently they want to use it as an example, to set precedent and case law. ^_~ Four:Gods, but I do love this photo -- The best part? That "SRO" on the back of the cruiser? It stands for "School Resource Officer." That car should not have been at a dispensary raid at all. rofl

A lot of kids at my school get busted for weed. They used to just be checking lockers and backpacks and stuff. Like they had a sniffing dog, sometimes dogS, and they just pop into rooms with one of the assistant principals and say, leave your stuff and come out in the hallway. So you would have to get up, go out, the dog would be right there sniffing the air to see if you had anything on you. Then they went into the room and had the dog sniff the backpacks, then they would leave. Now they have the dogs going around the cars in the parking lot and sniffing the cars. Apparently they have gotten into a couple of cars and found quite a few drugs. One of my friend's, friends got caught with a pound of weed in his car, and I was like, DANG.
But nothing has ever happened to me. Like, on time, weirdest thing ever. Me and my friend were driving back from the smoke shop, we were blazed, he was driving. And this cop pulls us over. I have never been in ap ulled over car, and he has never been pulled over. We were terrified. And like, the cop comes up, a young dude, and he says that all we did was we drove out of a parking lot without stopping first..which is apparently illegal. And he just gave my friend a warning. And we drove off. I looked in the backseat. There were two pipes and a grinder in the back seat. The grinder was out in the open, one of the pipes was showing, enough to be known that it was a pipe, and the other was hidden under a plastic bag. Then my friend had an ounce in his pocket. We were sop glad the guy didn't look in the backseat. It would have been easy to see, since it was broad daylight and my friend's windows aren't even slightly tinted. xD It was scary s**t, though.
None of my personal friends have ever gotten in trouble for anything like this.
Like another one of my friends was with his friends at their neighborhood park smoking. And a cop saw them. Well, a lot of his friends ran, they were high and weren't thinking. So, then him and one of his friends were just gonna stay there, they they got up and ran to. The cop went after them and got them all, like...5 or 6 of them..all of them over 18. And the cop saw the weed and the pipe they were using and all he made them do was throw the pipe into a drain, since it was metal and wouldn't break. He let them keep the weed, then let them go. Just giving them a verbal warning.

I got caught with paraphernalia once. I was riding in the backseat of a car driven by someone I couldn't ******** stand, on the way to a party. This chick was really getting on my nerves that night, I didn't even want to be in the car with her. She got us pulled over, it was totally her fault. We were smoking in the car, a dumb thing to do, and when I saw the cherries come on, I stashed my (beloved sherlock crying ) bowl under the front seat.
After we did the sobriety test, (I passed, but I was under 21 and I didn't realize at the time that I didn't have to do it) they cuffed us and took us to the station. I remained cheerful and answered all their questions. When they started playing Good Cop Bad Cop with my bowl, alternately asking me what color it was and threatening me with prison, I just kept smiling and acting confident, but gave them completely stupid answers. Eventually they gave up and let me go home. I managed to stay out of prison, but I did go to work-release jail for 10 days...and AA...but that is another long story.

The only experience with cops that I've ever had was actually really really recently..... as in, last Friday night. Okay so, a few of my friends and I had gone to the park after my shift at work Friday night (I work at a Grill until close - 10:30) to smoke. So we went to the playground part of the park, which was our first mistake because it's way to far out in the open to be smoking there, and if we had just gone down to one of the shelters no one probably would have been able to see us. So anyway we had been sitting there smoking for about 20 minutes (we were using their bud and my piece) when a car pulls into the parking lot. At first we were just like, 'what, a car? ehh probably just someone coming to smoke' but then we saw the lights. Whoever had had my piece just like hands it to me, so I threw it, and then everyone except me got up and ran. So I'm just sitting there like 'hmm great guys, that was probably the worst possible thing you could have done' but I didn't want to be the one to get caught with all the weed, so I ran too. But see, because we were at a playground, there were lots of fences, because you know, playgrounds are meant for small children. so we hopped over one fence and then we got to another one, which we were all about to jump over when one of us noticed that there was like... a ravine on the other side, and jumping over it would probably have led to broken bones. Then I noticed that one of the girls had just laid down so she would be under the searchlight, so we all did the same. After about five minutes the lights went off, but we weren't about to get up. So we kept laying there for about another 10 minutes, and then finally we saw someone walking over towards us, it was, of course, the cop. I think that, at the moment the turned his flashlight on and shone it on us, I was more terrified than I ever have been in my entire life. So anyway, he shined the flashlight on us and just said, "whatchu guurls doin' out herr at thiss tiiiiime of niiite?" (He was very very southern.... I attempted to type an accent xD). and then, one of the girls I was with, who is like the last person that I would think would do something like this, stands up and starts bawling and just yells, "OH MY GOD WE'RE SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE! WE THOUGHT YOU WERE A STRANGER!!" so we all played along pretending that we thought he was a rapist, and had to leave the park (and also a good $50 of bud, and my piece.
It was a very scary, very strange experience.
