~ ~ ~ Well, if you're talking about the Music Box, you don't get anymore songs for it. I'm sure you're referring to the stereo systems as those don't initially have songs. The music players include Kiddie Stereo, Robo-Stereo, Jukebox, CD Player, Dice Stereo, Gold Stereo, Hi-Fi Stereo, High-End Stereo, Phonograph, Red Boom Box, White Boom Box, Reel-to-Reel, Retro Stereo, Tape Deck, and Turntable. The sound quality on each system is variant. At any rate, on Saturdays, from 20.00 - 23.59, you can go into The Roost in the Museum where you'll find K.K. Slider, a white dog with a guitar, on the stage. (He shows up at 19.30 to run a sound check.) Talk to him and you can get one song per character out of all seventy songs. When you listen to his song, you can view the credits of the game as they will be rolling along. After his performance, he'll give you a bootleg of the song that you can put in your stereo system and listen to. The list of the seventy songs can be found HERE along with about the same details I mentioned. ~ ~ ~

Seventy songs?! Holy cow!
I knew there were a lot, and yeah, I've seen the list, but... For some reason it didn't occur to me that there were that many.
