Reason and Purpose
I would think...
As I go around whenever I go out, I wish an occurrence would happen like in college... I wish I could run into someone that has a DS, playing a game that has multiplayer... and it would just be an added bonus to happen to have that same game.
I really wish... because I've got so many games that are multiplayer, but there is never a person around to play with, or against. Or to trade with... or to just talk to about the games.
It's more discouraging when you see little kids running around with a DS.
There is no way you could play against them. sweatdrop
Wi-Fi has come along and allowed people to link up like... well, I would say like never before, but to me mostly... what I perceive is that Wi-Fi is allowing people on hand held gaming devices to communicate with other people around the world.
Still, this is not enough. The people with DSs are able to talk to people around the world... but... what is the Friend Code without a way to distribute to other people? I personally only know a few people with a DS, but... it's difficult to set up times and dates sometimes. sweatdrop
This thread's purpose is to allow people... um... in this guild... to post their friend codes for other guildies to enter in and then play together. 3nodding

General Idea

What I would like people to do in this thread is to post their friend codes... and also to like, post links they think are useful, -or- in addition you could post sites you just find of interest.
The "general idea" is that people are going to post their friend codes for us to exchange them.
Of course... if they have more games like the "Megaman Starforce" series which seems to only allow three people in your list... then you might have to just pick and choose. sweatdrop

Ok... bad news and good news.
Bad news is that I'm taking off my current friend codes and am not close enough to a Wi-Fi for new ones.
Also, my DS screen cracked... sweatdrop
Good news is I have a "new" DS... so once I like, come on my way home from work or something, I'll go to a Wi-Fi spot at the coffee shop and will get new ones set.

Well, the thread was actually started up yesterday from what I remember, leading into the night...
I am starting to put together everything now, I'll have to fill up all 16 of these spaces... I think that just might be possible though.
Sadly, I'm still not able to get a Wi-Fi connection because the USB device I bought doesn't seem to work... I suspect the settings for the internet my stepfather has set up. Hopefully this thing will work for everyone else though.

Ok people... there should be some rules laid down, and some guidelines and "no nos" should be stated.
1. I don't want this thread to be abused... I'm not responsible if something goes awry though. Please follow the TOS!!
2. I'm not responsible if you like... use another person's Wi-Fi illegally. Just... don't do it. It's tough, I know, but find a legal method to find a friend code and to play online.
3. There aren't many games I think that allow "talking" to each other via Wi-Fi. Mostly what I've noticed so far is that in any event, there is "e-mail" on games like Megaman Starforce and on Final Fantasy III via a "mognet". Don't post information that is private or leads to identity.
4. I am not computer suave. I can't help you with things along the lines of the USB Wi-Fi thing or on how to connect... sorry. sweatdrop
5. If you're not supposed to do certain things... please refrain from doing them.
I'll be updating this as things are brought to attention that should be included. eek

Well, I can't think of anything currently.
I've... well... I've got Tetris DS and Mario Kart, and Megaman Starforce. However, I haven't got a current Wi-Fi connection... and there currently isn't other people here.
