So I got the chance to see DJ Hellsing (at Gencon 07) it was a beautiful gathering, but it seems that he doesn't know too much.
He runs the events and has said that for the summer event we will be getting squirt guns, the ability to pee in pools and drop babe ruth bars in there (how...quaint confused ) he said that the Zurg have nothing to do with the current plot but they may (most likely will) be revisited in the future. He said that the summer event will be coming soon and that the market place will be update soon.
For those of you who do not like the perching overhead he claims that Gaia has alot of updates yet to happen and that everything will be caught up soon... heart Other than that he says that there will be plot update very soon so to keep watch.
But the Zurg are basically dead and we've (bah what do I mean we) you have been reading too much into there appearances and abductions as of late...
Also the battle systems rings work...well... heart

PS: DJ knows how to dance, he's a pretty cool guy but he's at the bottom of the food chain on Gaia, right below the gaint evil "warm" worm...and Lanzer answers to a old cowboy hat...it has a face on the other side and only says howdy. The hat answers to Sir Topumhat... heart
