Oh wait. That's already been done, and GM shut it down because they weren't making enough money.
Um.
A hoverboard that doesn't use blowing air (magnetic or something), those little underwater-respirators that you see in anime and James Bond, and a cure / inoculation for cancer (like the One-Less thingy. I forget what it's called).
Um.
Voice recognition software used in translators that you can wear like a blue tooth headset. Or like a babel fish! Or rewq (David Brin's Uplift series).
Or, even better!
Some kind of nanobot that neutralizes CO2 and O3 and all the other bad greenhouse gases and turns them into clean, efficient energy. 3nodding
