I was wondering if webcomics would be okay to talk about? I'm not sure since this is a book guild.

I'm not sure the main forum is the best place for it. Muse? As for me, I think there's definitely something to be said about webcomics. I love LFG, and VGcats, but my all-time favorite is Megatokyo. Love and Vale, -LD

Too many people like Megatokyo... I mean, it's good, but there's just so much out there that people miss in the face of a giant like MT. I for one like 8-bit theater (www.nuklearpower.com). I've even got a sprite comic of my own that ran a little bit... it's at (http://www.theanimearsenal.com/comic/)

Well... It can be categorized as reading, I suppose. How about we make this the official web comics thread. Any others will be deleted.

^^ Sweet! Webcomic-talking stuffs. I like MT too, a friend got me into it. I loves 8-bit Theatre too. Gooooood stuff. Others to recommend: No Rest For The Wicked (Fairytale references galore.) True Magic (More fantasy-based humor) Kagerou (Er...dark fantasy. But so very good. Noooot for small children.) XKCD (Science and math humor. It has ALT-text. ^^) The Adventures of Dr. McNinja (A very funny comic about a ninja who is also a doctor. It also has ALT-text) Secret of Mana Theater (I'm not sure if this can go here, since they're sprite-animated episodes, but it's really really good and very funny anyway.) Lackadaisy (It's too good for a description.) ^^;;; And that's all I can think of off the top of my head. I'll go raid the depths of my favorites later. ^^;;; Sorry about the awful summaries. I'm absolutely unskilled in that department.

I love you, Frailtz. I've been reading Kagerou since a few months after the first few pages were posted. Which means almost the entirety of its run. I read it, I've re-read it, and I adore Luka, the artist/writer, with whom I've spoken. I even have an autographed copy of one of his drawings in my room. But aside from that, I read Dominic Deegan; Oracle for Hire. Which is amazing, and I adore. And I also read Inverloch, which is actually ending soon. I've read that one from the beginning as well. I read Boy Meets Boy from 2000 until it finally finished in 2004. It was updated pretty much as often as possible, which is almost every day for four years.

I've been reading Lackadaisy since it's start up. The creator has a deviantart account and posts them there. Known her for a while. 3nodding

BMB is and was one of the greatest comics ever. It shaped a whole part of my life that I hadn't expected. XD
But Kagerou has helped me in a lot of ways that BMB couldn't or didn't. Kagerou has some of the best characters, and one of the best story lines I've ever had the pleasure of following for these last 6 or so years.
