whats up wit laharls cape when he gits mad it has a vein but when he is happy it curls up alot? is it like part of him?

Kinda, I read in a cahracter interview that since he's a small character,it's supposed to make him bigger. And his cape does reflect his current mood, yeah. ^__^ It's not alive per-say, it just gives him more character...more 'expression' shall we say.

Seeing as he only wears short pants...What kind of overlord wears short pant?
Might as well be saying hes a little kid...He should be a 16-year old looking suit wearing Bishie... but then the whole plot will be gone
