Okay, this is how the thread works. Instead of ending up creating, say, an entire page of all-OOC posts, the first person who wants to start some discussion could just put down the discussion topic and a link to the starting post of said discussion.
(Kinami, Roy, feel free to do whatever you want with this when you see it, I just happened to see a need for one...)
Edit: Don't worry about the below post, I asked her and she decided to unlock the thread and let it stay.

If people think this is necessary, I'll allow it...but next time, Sword, send me a PM! I got so ticked off when that tournament thread was created...! I told people to ask if they wanted to create a thread, and I hold to that. I personally don't care if people create a million pages using OOC text, but if annoys people, you could still ASK.
In fact, methinks I'll delete this thread and have you ASK for it if you really do want it.

I'm assuming that anyone who wishes to graduate the academy for the time skip may do so. Otherwise...the next genin exam will be a while away. =_='

if your story was graded after tomrow youll be genin as two years will pass between tday and tomrow 3nodding

btw, O_o i have a rank c genjutsu that was aproved...i need a higher genjutsu rank, but then it's said after the time skip I would be able to learn 2 c rank or 4 d rank jutsus....do i still need to train my genjutsu right to use my new genjutsu jutsu?
n/m i still need the chakra to do the genjutsu....>_< i still didn't choose my jutsus i learned over the time skip...

Gig, I would like to warn you that I am VERY ticked off at you right now.
@ everyone: If your character is approved at this point in time, you may skip time. If not, you'll just have to wait until it's done.

Hay Kazama, did you ever read the thing about the stat redo. Everyone now multiplies their hp and CP by their current level as well as doing the previous stat calculations. So hp is now calculated by (10+con mod) * lvl and cp is (3+chk mod) * lvl
