This is a co-ownership agreement for Kyran between Faid Shadowlight & Caneton. 
Shared rights
Both owners will have sig rights.
Both owners will have teepee rights, but stats will be posted in Faid's teepee for Rp purposes.
Roleplay
Faid will have full IC & OOC RP rights.
Caneton will have OOC RP rights if he desires.
However, when making major decisions in the Soq's life - such as lifemating - it must be discussed between both first.
Breeding
Before entering for Caneton's breeding (1st), he must discuss the breeding with Faid beforehand unless a lifemating had been agreed upon.
1st: Caneton's - If there is a 3rd basket, it would be purely a decision between Caneton and the owner of the breeding partner as to who receives it. Faid will have no rights to this breeding.
2nd: Faid's - If there is a 3rd basket, it would be purely a decision between Faid and the owner of the breeding partner as to who receives it. Caneton will have no rights to this breeding.
3rd: Both - If there is a 3rd basket and the owner of the breeding partner is agreeable then both Caneton & Faid will get a basket. However if there is no 3rd basket or the breeding partners owner objects strongly then this basket will be co-owned between Faid & Caneton.
Others
* If Caneton is MIA from Gaia Online without prior warning for a period of 6 months, Faid has the right to remove Caneton as co-owner.
* Faid has the right to remove Caneton as co-owner/transfer co-ownership to someone else at any time. But Caneton does not have the right to transfer his co-ownership to anyone else.

All life altering things must be discussed by both owners, such as life mating and familars. If Amitiel is life mated the remaining breedings MUST be with that mare unless it is broken.
Each owner does not need permission from the other to use there single breeding.
If after six months of inactivity and no reply to PMs xo -- k a i r i will be removed as co-owner, unless she informs Sya she will be on hiatus. xo -- k a i r i can not get rid of Syaoran-Puu as a co-owner, but Syaoran-Puu may give all rights to xo -- k a i r i at any time.

Kiara Lime Sabin Duvert  Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - Sabin has full IC roleplaying rights - Both owners have the right to enter Venice into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time) Breeding- Each owner gets one "full control" breeding. They have the choice of breeding partner (unless Venice is lifemated, see below), and do not require the other owner's permission (However, they must at least attempt to contact the other owner to lte them know their plans/intentions). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - One breeding will be worked out between Sabin and Kiara. By default, this breeding will be shared with both Sabin and Kiara, both with basket rights and counting towards them. However, one may "give" breeding rights to the other owner if they so choose. - Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners. Life-Altering / Major Decisions-neither Kiara nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of Venice to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner. - If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner may then choose a new co-owner. - Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc) Giving Sabin full ownership of the handsome Stallion

i'll keep the info on page 2 in my teepee if the owners wish to get any info and remove it once i see their new updated tags
