if there is something else that you can think of like a slot for an element or short saying (attack call maybe?) its not nessisary though.
i've provided two very low quality example as well sweatdrop (though they look the same...)
image size is 300 x 200 pixles you can adjust the size (cant be bigger than 500 pixels for both width and height. and thats taking it to the extreame.) it must be 150 pixels high at the very least.
the prize for this event will be 10,000 gold and a repo lamp.
rules:
1 if you are using an image that was created by someone else you MUST notify them that you are using their image.
2 the ID should be in a layout form and a filled out form as well. (basically the filled out should show how it looks like. just use your own information)
3 files should be in a .png or .tiff format (.png preferably)
I'm expecting a lot as this will be used more than a clan banner for advertisement for the clan. entry's can be hand drawn (like my examples sweatdrop ) but digitally done would be easier.
the slot for the picture can be the size for the head or for the entire avi, the pixel size for a gaia headshot is 48x48 and for a gaia avi is 120x150
also keep in mind that the max size of the file is 100,000 bytes for signatures so keep it below that!
