Ok I just popped in and noticed there was supposed to be a meeting this week and I'm not sure if we all agreed to have a meeting this week or not but just to be on the safe side...
1st order of business: From our last meeting 2 things came up that can actually go hand in hand.
A.) Figgy brought up setting up a time for all of us to be on to help out our fellow members.
And B.) Setting up a shop in the marketplace to sell items in order to up our clan funds.
other orders of business are that we brought up a banner contest to start off the new year off as well as some other suggestions which escape my mind at the moment. Anyway other than what I got here its pretty much an open floor now...
And to start the open floor: Kain? lil sis? where are you?! Don't make me sick my kitties on you... I mean it they're like effin ninja's or something. ninja

...Nothing much to contribue. D; I'm gonna be on hiatus until the end of January or so, so I don't know about the whole meeting up thing.

Senpai hasn't been online last few days it seems. D: I am worried.
but I don't think I can really help out much with the clan at this point.
I don't play, I barely post anything other than emoticons, and I just can't find enough time to both opening guilds/clans to post. :/

Kain may not be online but as VC and crew we have to keep things going.
And Rad even though you only post emotes but it does help as each post keeps us up on the 1st page of clans forums.

I'm still planning on running the banner contest. I want to see who is interested in entering. Because if just 1 or 2 are going to enter then I'm not sure there is a reason to have the contest.
Kain; When you see this I sent another trade to the trogk mule. It's just a bunch more recipes.

Helping out Fellw Gaian's is a good idea and the shp is a great idea!
I probably wouldn't participate in the banner contest, I dont have the right programs or am I good at it (well i've never dont it before).
Why dont we do things in zOMG? Us all get together. Isn't this what the clan is for?

Honestly... I don't think I'm even going to play zOMG! anymore. I'm already at CL 10, so I'll help people when they need it, but that's just abotu it.
I also have thousands of loot/recipes, so... Ask me for some and you can have some. xD

Well the thread for the "fun" is still in the making, like the "Draw the avatar above you" thread and a few of the other threads that were back in the TROGK guild I guess with clearance can be brought back. Like the "Fight" thread for instance, don't tell me that wasn't fun xD
Uhm I currently haven't been able to play zOMG for a while so there isn't much I can do in that field, it isn't working for me. I've seen Senpai in zOMG every now and again, so there is that. Well not see her, just see the friend list thing and look at her name. She is prolly busy on holidays :]

I have noticed a lot of people on the list that I never see post in here or in the thread. I think we need to send out notices to people again to try to get participation up. We have a lot of people listed in the members but only about 10-12 people post in the thread or in meetings. I think most contests should be on hold until we can get more people involved.
Also I think something that would help is a thread for people to list thier mules. We have had a couple of people post with thier mules in the thread, it's not a big deal or problem but I think it would help with some confusion.
Just an idea for another thread is a leave of absence thread, for people who are going on vacation or have finals and are going to be away for more than a week.

I am very much agreement with HU. I am disappointed at the lack of activity from other members and thought very much to just ban them from the thread. But that would be wrong and you all know that isn't right without giving some form of information to those who aren't participating at all.
I know a few who are on hiatus and even they make the time to post once or twice. So, I am making Midnight in charge to send out PMs to ALL members who post count in the Clan is 10 or under; however, if they post a lot in the main thread, such as Rad, they are exempt from the PM.
Darc has the PW to the mule account. Midnight, if you wish to present PMs through there, please ask Darc for the PW and make sure you save it. Lots of characters, if you know what I mean.
If I remember correctly, Darc is in charge of the banner contest. Sen, or Rora, is in charge of avatar art thread for the clan and Ren or Kessim wanted to be in charge of "Draw the avatar above you" thread. Not entire sure on the last part.
As I said previously, I agree with Figgy. There is a thread set up in the zOMG! Subforum. It doesn't take much to post there with a problem or a meeting time when all can be gone down. Another problem is, the server. We are scattered about through different servers. Most of the time, I see Haplo and HU on one server and Figgy, Midnight, Teddy on their own servers. I'll be unlocking the server thread and it has to be made sure that EVERYONE checks that thread in order to be together to help one another out.
We ALL want to be at 10.0 CL and beat the final boss and be one of the first to get into ANY NEW expansion to the casual MMO. So please, check the stuff in the zOMG! Subforum and the server thread.

Darc has been trading off a lot of Recipes to the clan mule in hopes of stocking up the shop and selling. She can't do it alone. Darc has the PW to the clan account and trade from other members will have to send out their extras if they want to. I don't want this to be a one-person-job-that-everyone-benefits-from. That's not how we work. neutral
I shouldn't have to ask. It should be a given to give/donate. I know you exchangers out there love to horde and sell and I really dislike that, but I respect it. I... no... no one should have to ask to have something donated to the clan. It should be a given to give without question.
HU: A thread for mules is genius. We really need it here. I am getting a little annoyed that we have mules (most of which I really don't know who belongs to who) and have members ask, "Have you read the rules? I'm afraid you can't post here without an application present."
And I don't know about you guys, but I'm on here rarely now and I can't be looking through past pages to find whose mule belongs to who.
The Absence thread, as far as I remembered from the Guild in the beginning, it was good at first. But then it became neglected when members didn't want to be known that they were leaving for some time. We can bring it up again, and I hope it works for the better the second time around.
Open Floor; I'm busy they past few days. That's why I'm not on. But that shouldn't stop members from paying attention to the front page of the Clan to figure out that there is a meeting on so and so date. I post it on the front page of the Clan Home because it is seen. Apparently not from the readings I got this past hour.

I'm going to send over a couple of things over to the mule tomorrow. It's the least I can do since I haven't been as active as I used to sweatdrop
And to add to that, my laptop needs a new charger. So until I can find one I more than likely won't be on zOMG anytime soon xp

I think I've sent 34 recipes so far. I know I have more to send. So peeps if you have any unwanted recipes send them to the mule. I will be on late at night to accept any trades. Even if it is just a couple, remember every little helps.
We really need to get notices sent out soon. Instead of growing, I feel as if were getting smaller, and fading away.
HU; I like the idea about a mule thread, and a leave of absence thread. I know a lot of us has mules, and likes to post with them. A lot of us don't know that they are mules, and we think that it's just some random person posting.
The thread for example should have each person post once stating the names of their mules, that they plan on using in the clan. Then if they need to change it, they can just edit the post.

Hello folks checking into meeting,
Srry Kain its been awhile since i sent them rings and recipies i shall send more, i feel guilty for sending useless recipies and im bout out of rings that arent soulbound, i do have some of the xmas recipies if someone needs one the bow, deer, squid and coal recipies
Also seeing someone on a server does not mean they are there anymore alot of times i go into a server where the two of you who are on my friends list are and noone answers guild chat, i know this does not mean im being ignored its just unreliable, example after Hu goes to bed it shows her on server for rest of night, also sometimes when im chest farming ill switch to pretty much all the servers to hit the chests if they not there when i get to them.
I apoligize for not helping peeps more have been busy with holiday, i will try to post somewhere when i have time to help, like say put a post saying im on then another when i quit so poeple dont look for me and i had left, ...... hmm had something else to say..... oh well ill get back to y'all when or if i remember. I still want to be in the clan, but I don't want to play zOMG anymore ._. I quit a long time ago, I'm too used to korean MMO's with epic grindfests and difficulty xD
But a banner contest does sound like fun o: I'll work on a banner on the drive home.
