Hey Folks,
I was going to post on the invite list with a couple friends names from GGG but then I realized they are already part of the Geezer Clan... Are we still an unoffical geezer clan since Gilda's is up and running? We have almost as many geezers in this clan as they do but it seems a shame that the guild is going to be divided up into the two clans with some very awesome people in both sad . I really like the Silver horde thus far and its members but Im wondering if we should think of a merger which would bring the members list up to 60+ or stand alone as a unique clan unconnected to the guild?

good question...
i'd say that each person does what he/she likes and wants to do...
i think that if you still want to go to GGG, then go ahead...
we're not leaving it, we just want geezer members only for this clan...that's all

There are 2 clans for us old people? Didn't know that, I thought we were only going to have one clan. Well having two clans can be good too.
I think I heard that you can be in more than one clan. If so, we can join both clans. Though a merger may be easier if everyone is to join both clans.

Frankly, I just see the clan as another forum. I don't see what difference it makes yet. We can all still post in the Geezer Guild, so at this time I see no reason to leave this clan.
If it ends up being of benefit in the game, then I guess a consolidation would be cool.
I did get an invite to the Geezer Clan, but I got an error that we can only be in one Clan.

Good point.
When I set this up there wasn't another Geezer clan and Gilda didnt realise this one was up and running when she made the GGG one.
I was speaking to Azure Alexea last night about going on a bit of a recruitment drive, as it is pretty quiet in here, but as no one can see the other clan I have no idea how busy they are or what sort of stuff people want in here. sweatdrop
This clan can be whatever we want though, I'm open to suggestions! personally I'd prefer to keep it for oldies only as it does keep out the rifraf wink but it doesn't have to be just for Geezers.
Once again if any of you want to suggest any ideas feel free! At the end of the day this will only work if we're a team. 3nodding

Oh, I didn't want to disband this one and join theirs. No, I just wish we could kidnap them all to join ours biggrin Sorry I didn't make that very clear. But you bring up a really good point mizducky, about still being part of GGG, I guess it doesn't matter that much if the guild is split in two clans. Oh, but you can see their forum and member list Fairy~nuff, on the link Gilda has in the guild. Just can't post on their clan.

I must say we form quite a friendly bunch, and as with all real friends you don't necessarily need so be together 24/7.
I know some people didn't like the idea, but I'm thinking of stickying a chat thread where we can chat off game topic while we're taking a break. Get a bit of community spirit going outside of the game wink
