I guess there aren't enough people here that I'll get a response, but have any of you ever seen a spirit, ghost, phantom, wraithe, apparition or any such presence. I personally have seen a phantom or two. They were all animals. Once at night, riding through the streets I saw a ghostly owl fly through the trees. Another night I saw a phantasmal wildcat stalking in the forest close to my house. There have been others, but those are most prominant. I'd like to hear about your experiences.

Hmmm, let me think. I haven't seen animal or human ghosts, but sometimes I see a shadow around a person, them in the future or past.

In my family there is this ghost named Henry. He resides or haunts, my old family house that belonged to my grandpa and grandma. I have seen him once a long time ago when i was little. We stayed there and I remember that i was awake enough to see a dark figure at the foot of my bed, just looking at me. Didn't feel a menacing vibe or nothing. Kinda just like he was checking on me. I know it was a ghost cause i could see through him a little. that is all.

oh man ol man! I can go on forever with this topic!I love it. Well when I was younder our house was just hanted as can be,I come from a christian family,bla bla bla and in my childhood things went bad at one point of time(id rather not say) but every night we would have footsteps,shadows, omg!talk about being scared to death. Oh & there was A time I've seen eyes! they were angry mad eyes,and I will never forget them. My oldest sister seen a man in a woman,but I never saw them. We had our house blessed and all,they left. Now when I got in highschool(teen years) they sort of came back. But I dont live at home anymore,Im with my other half! I see stuff all the time,sometimes I cant tell if its a real person or not,I love antiques,but its hard for me to go into them stores,cause all of the activity. I know when death is coming to those I know,I just cant tell you exactly who will past,I know from my dreams. I felt my father n law next to me the night he passed away,while I was feeding my baby,the thing is,was that I didnt kow it was him,till we discovered him lifeless that morning,that was a very sad and tragic day..will never forget it,he comes to me in my dreams!awsomes! but yeah ive had many experiances. Like I said I can go on and on.I love this topic.Ill probably have an experiance tonight,being all hallows eve!yeah! ill share it with yall.well im off to eat some left over pot roast!for lunch!hehehe much love

I often see shadowy figures, moving outside or near me, but only out of the corner of my eye. But once I look directly at them, they disappear. It's a little "gift" of mine, I guess, but it can be distracting sometimes.

I wish to experiance the supernatural as well, I want to see real ghosts, and experiance it. So soon in my lifetime, I want to see a real ghost or hear a disembody (sp?) voice as well.

Well I saw the spirit of my two grandmothers.
The first one who died was my mother's mum. I came back to school and my mum make this kind of ritual for helping the spirit and for having a last reconciliation. That's doesn't work except when I came back from school. The candle was on a air place but the flame didn't move. I don't know what my mother can say to the spirit but the only things I know is the candle stopped to burn and nothing was burn on it.
The second experience during from 90 to 2003. My dad's mum follow me until my grandfather died in 2003. She always being there when I was in dark period, especially in 1996 when I was with some guy who hit me. She always giving me forces and good advice. She left me when my grandfather died, I never see her from that day.

Electric Snowball That's really cool. So they were like, watching over you? MY ancestors lived in Columbia and Sweden, and since I've never been out of North America, I've never seen any of them. Maybe she watching over me, with that experience all my fears about life disappear, I am peaceful now. What I learnt and understand is that : Spirits or you can call them ghosts leave earth when they think they done their job. For the one who stay that's because they don't understand their physical death and they have too much passion and anger or sadness for leaving this plan (that's some poltergeist or even angry spirit when you try to reach one of them... they are dangerous because they forgot why they die and they feels anger about everyone, without precaution you can be possessed by this spirit). About the fact you never being in touch with your ancestor it's because they passed thru the boundaries or maybe they reborn again, for what I can understand until we have learnt what we gonna do, we born again and again, there is some message my grandmother leave me.

For what I can understand, everyone can have this abilities, that's just need open mind, patience, intelligence and respect. It seems that lot of people are afraid by the other side, loose their innocence and closed their mind to what they can't explain. Sorry for christians/muslims/jews in here but also the actual motheistics beliefs think that everything who can't be a representation of their laws is satanistics or hérétics. So with that kind of culture it's normal that people loose the basics visions, loose their sensibilities. In our times death is a living experiences such of speak. At the moment you were born you are dead. This is the only truth and if you can see that clearly, without fears, you can have the chance to see the unknown.
