The dwarf had told the weapon smith about this little lady. Already knowing that she was full of potential gave the weapon smith incentive to find her. Nothing took long to find in Kumo when your eyes were as blue as the sea. The weapon smith found Natsumi and dragged her into her shop. She looked around and began to see what needed to happen. [1/3 Preparation]
The woman that had brought her into the building was definitely a amazonian woman. With an enormous sword upon her hip that mad Natsu question how much it weighed. The woman held a genuine smile as a corset had revealed her bust even more than intended. Natsu moved around the smith getting used to how it was. Unaware that her sensei was keeping eyes on her the entire time. [2/3 Preparation]
It didn't take long before a customer was there. The amazon smiled to Natsu and moved her head in the direction of the door. Natsu knew the drill with her other masters as to what needed to happen. She had to engage with the customer and keep them off of the master's back. Natsu practically danced her way over to the customer. [1/4 Assistance]
Natsu greeted the customer and the customer was taken back. He wasn't used to such kindness from the apprentice's of the smith. However with Natsu here it was going to change. After all she had the heart of a saint as she waited on the customer to speak. Almost trying to encourage him to speak so that they might get started on the order. [2/4 Assitance]
As normal she was extremely patient with her customer's. Waiting for them to develop their own time to decide on what they wanted. There was nothing wrong with that after all. He then told her what he wanted to have made. He wanted to have a dagger with a hook tip made. Natsu was unfamiliar with the tip types but went to her sensei regardless. [3/4 Assistance]
She practically danced as she moved over to the amazon. Earning a smile from her as she told her sensei what needed to be made. The amazon nodded to the smaller woman and began to show her what to do. Natsu was amazed by how this process worked. Yet the odd thing about it, is it was the same as blacksmithing. [4/4 Assistance]
A question came to her mind as to whether or not black smithing and weapon smithing should be the same. But then she realized what all went into making a weapon. Once the knife was completed she took it and walked back over to the customer with it. Quickly earning thanks as the customer left the building. She then went back to cleaning the area up as it was expected. [3/3 Preparation]
Natsu went back into the smith and began to clean it up a bit more. It wasn't as bad as the others but still... There were a lot of areas where she could improve. If nothing else about it then it was just the principle of the matter. She went back to sweeping up the area as she was humming. [1/3 Preparation]
The humming was indeed infections like normal as the amazon began to hum as well. Something that most of the other grand masters did. She didn't know why but she did enjoy it after all. Sweeping through the shop she moved back to the front. Cleaning the front desk a bit before the next customer came. [2/3 Preparation]
With the ringing of a bell Natsu perked up a bit. Her natural smile was upon her face as she moved to the customer. She greeted the customer without hesitation and was greeted in return. The man was tall and had kind eyes that practically sparkled. He was smiling as much as she was honestly. [1/4 Assitance]
It didn't take long for the man to decide what he wanted and she spoke to Natsumi. Wanting a longsword to be made for himself. So with how tall he was it'd be a claymore really. Natsu went to her sensei and told her what the man wanted. The amazon nodded as she maintained her silence while forging the blade. [2/4 Assistance]
Natsu in turn began to work on the wood smithing for the handle. Quickly fashioning one up for the enormous blade. Then Polishing it for shits and giggles knowing it was going to be wrapped anyway. She smiled when she brought the handle back to her sensei and saw the large weapon. She knew one last step had to be completed at this moment. [3/4 Assistance]
She took the blade from her sensei and began to polish it. Knowing that this is where white smithing played a part. She was humming as she did so excited by the process of becoming a grand master weapon smith. Her hums continued to infect the area as the man at the front was humming too. When she was done polishing the sword she took a look at it and saw her own reflection. [4/4 Assistance]
Happy with the result she took it back to the customer. Eager to show him the work that they had accomplished. It was rather easy at this point and Natsumi felt it was because she was a grand master in three other smithing trees. The customer expressed her thanks and left. Leaving Natsumi to clean up a bit more. [3/3 Preparation]
Natsumi danced around the shop a bit when familiar music came on. Her eyes went wide as she knew the dwarf was around. The dwarf knew she didn't want to talk too much but instead smiled and waved to her briefly. She couldn't help but smile brilliantly back to him. With the music in the shop as the dwarf left she would liven the place up more. [1/3 Preparation]
Dancing a bit she moved from area to area looking for any deficiencies that there might be. If she did find any she woudl end up quickly fixing them. Knowing that she had to establish a good first impression for her new sensei. Her brilliant smile was remaining just as if it were an infection. Always getting others to smile with her simply because she was. [2/3 Preparation]
She moved to see who entered the building when the bell sounded. Knowing more than likely it was a customer she put on her signature smile. As if it had ever left her face to begin with that is... Licking her lips she stopped at the front desk and greeted the customer. Her warm welcome made the customer feel appreciated entirely. [1/4 Assistance]
The customer kicked his feet on the ground for a bit as he thought of what to say. Or rather how to explain this to them so that they could do it. Natsu waited patiently with pen and paper in front of her. Ready and willing to do what was neccesary to complete the task. The man chuckled a bit and then just explained what he wanted. [2/4 Assistance]
Natsu went to the amazon and began to explain what the man wanted. The amazon looked just as confused as she did but shrugged her shoulders. Knowing that it was best to at least attempt to make what the customer wanted. It wouldn't take long for them to get it done after all. [3/4 Assistance]
There was just some confusion on the matter as to what exactly he wanted. A metal rod wrapped around wood? Such a weird thing to ask from. Yet they didn't argue as they went to work on the seperate areas. Natsumi on the wood smithing and the amazon on everything else. [4/4 Assistance]
Natsumi took the odd object to the customer her expressed his thanks. Natsumi was still confused but nodded to the customer and waved as he left. Her smile still upon her face as the amazon stood right behind her. Natsu looked up to her sensei with a smile and went back to cleaning. Reseting the tools at the same time as well. [3/3 Preparation]
Moving through the smith once more she looked for any deficiencies. Anything that would have the shop be anything less than one hundred percent. Due to the fact that she was in charge of the upkeep of this place. She found more dust lying around the area and her cleaning lady skills kicked in. Practically dashing to the dust she set out a plan to deal with it. [1/3 Preparatoin]
She then went apeshit on the dust as she cleaned the hell out of it. She combated the dust as if it were her sworn enemy. Something that surely disturbed the amazon as she watched with her mouth wide open. Her confused eyes looking concerned at the young girl. Curious to the fact if the young woman was like this all the time. [2/3 Preparation]
As she debated that possibility another customer came to the front enterance. With the bell ringing Natsu rushed over to greet them. With the same eager smile she gave every single customer. Which honestly only helped this smith as it set up a reputation for them. Somethign that this smith really didn't have at this time. [1/4 Assitance]
But with this young girl helping her the possibilities were endless. She smiled as she watched Natsu interact with the customer getting the information from him. Specifying details and so on that they wanted for the object that they wanted. It didn't take long for Natsu to get the information and she moved over to her sensei. Humming as shee did so out of habit at this point. [2/4 Assistance]
She licked her lips as the amazon began to heat up the furnace for her shop. A yawn escaped her lips as she was getting a little bit tired at this time. Something that wasn't very usual at all for the amazon. So the amazon took the time to look at Natsu and wait on the order. Natsu quickly went over the details and the amazon chuckled. [3/4 Assistance]
The man wanted a scythe made for harvesting his crops. Nothing wrong with that in the slightest but odd he came to a weapon smith for that. A normal black smith would have been fine after all. The amazon quickly sneezed as she finsihed her product. Letting it cool as Natsumi finished the wood for it. [4/4 Assistance]
When everythign was said and done Natsumi went to put it all together. Looking at it as she stood it up she found herself happy with the results. Smiling she walked back over to the customer. Handing it over she earned his thanks and then smiled. Natsu practically danced back to the tools as she reset them. [3/3 Preparatoin]
It was at this time that her sensei said they would help one more customer out before closing up shop. Natsu nodded to her mentor as she understood. The reality was that Natsu herself was getting tired as well. After all she had gotten to grand master in three different jobs in a single day. Something that was to be highly proud of for her decication in her work. [1/3 preparation]
Natsu moved through the shop and began to clean yet agani. Nothing was ever perfect within her mind. As something could always be cleaner and cleaner. it was a force of habit that she managed to earn from her mother. While her dedication to her work came from her father. [2/3 Preparation]
Natsu heard the bell ring once more and danced over to them. Greeting them briefly she turned the open sign to closed. The man looked at her confused but she told him that he'd be the last customer. He smiled as he felt lucky that he came when he did. It didn't take long for him to feel at home at the shop with Natsu there. [1/4 Assistance]
Natsu waited on the man to tell her what he wanted. After all she was the first line of defense when it came to her smith. So either he would come up with an order, leave, or have his a** beaten by Natsu if he tried anything. She held her smile none the less and waited on his order. Patiently observing his body's movements for any ill intent. [2/4 Assistance]
When the customer finally managed to tell her what he wanted she smiled. It was yet another easy tasking for her to accomplish with her sensei there. Dancing over to her sensei she giggled a bit. The amazon looked at her with a questioning glance. Her student began to get the items ready that they would need for a sword. [3/4 Assistance]
It was easy enough to make as the customer didn't want anything special with it. Kind of odd to come to a store to have a generic made one for them. After all they could do all sorts fo things with it to make it unique. So why would he want one that had nothing special about it? The question continued to confuse her as she begged for an answer. [4/4 Assistance]
Once more it didn't take long for them to complete the task. The sword was made and they allowed it to cool for a while. Natsu was humming patitently as she assembled the sword. Then eventually grabbing it and handing it over to the customer. Earning his thanks as she began to reset the tools in the area. [3/3 preparation]

Her sensei told her that all she wanted was to have her clean. Natsu agreed to this knowing that the place had to be cleaned up. In the mean time she'd watch her sensei make things. Watching how she did everything as wella keeping an eye on her technique. [1/2 preparation]
She moved over to the furnace before it was heated up and began to clean it. Wiping everything out of it until there wasn't a spec remaining. She was humming as she did so like normal of her. Something that go the amazon laughing. Such a pleasant thing that Natsu ended up doing at all times. [2/2 Preparation]
She continued her efforts on the furnace. Understanding that she had to make it spotless. Or at least in her own mind she had to. For the fact it was just in her blood as a Himura. Once again thinking of how they were all going to work until they died. [1/2 Preparation]
Such an odd thing for sure but it was how the Himura's were. They couldn't just lounge aroudn doing nothing. A weird thing about them for sure as she continued to clean. Grabbing a rag she continued her efforts on the furnace. Getting it to shine brilliantly as if there was nothing to it. [2/2 Preparation]
She moved over to the desk knowing that it was next on the to do list. Every once in a while she would look over to see her sensei working. Keeping an eye on anything that she did or anythign that Natsu should take note of. It was a sense of pride to be able to learn from the mute amazon woman. Smiling she looked back to the desk to see what needed to be done. [1/2 Preparation]
She quickly saw that a lot needed to happen with this desk. Sighing she couldn't believe how dirty it was even though she had been cleaning all morning. What was it with these smiths to have things like this. She sighed thinking of how to go about this. But then decided the best option would be to empty the desk out entirely. [2/2 Preparation]
As she emptied the desk out entirely she turned up the music. Needing something to push her farther into her work. For if she could just zone out while the work could get done so much faster. That wasn't a lie in the least bit either as she began to organize everything there. [1/2 Preparation]
When she saw what she needed to do she went forth with it. Understanding that she had to keep pushing through the mindless tasks. Her mind went hazy as she was so bored out of her mind while cleaning. She then asked herself if anyone would ever read any of this. Blinking a bit she asked herself whta she was thinking of. [2/2 preparation]
Wiping down the inside of the desk she huffed as she was dancing slightly to the music. Still trying to figure out what she was thinkign of when asking herself if people would read this. What was there to read here? There was only taskings to complete after all. One task directly after another driving her to insanity. [1/2 Preparation]
It didn't take long for her to finish wiping everything out. Being the clean freak that she was that is. Continuing her small jigg she was giggling a bit as she began to spray the desk. She then worked the polish into the wood making it shine. Quite happy with what she was doing she continued. [2/2 preparation]
Licking her lips she knew she was almost done with the desk. Giggling a bit as she accidently tripped on the polish cleaner can. Laying on her back for a moment she looked back over to the amazon. Taking in what she was doing and just how she was doing it. Smiling the entire time as she watched her sensei. [1/2 Preparation]
Her smile remained as she got back to her feet after being defeated by a can. Chuckling over the matter she began to look back at the desk. Determining what else needed to happen with it. Curious to as if she was doing a good job or not. Then she smiled at her own question as she knew she was doing a good job. [2/2 Preparation]
She was a Himura after all and dedication to work was absolute in this situation. She looked to the desk and began to check if all the drawer's worked okay. When it was found that it did she smiled at the situatoin. Happy with herself and her efforts with her job. Humming as she continued to work on the desk. [1/2 Preparation]
Her eyes scanning back over to her sensei watching her make a sword. This was yet another sensei that she had that spent a fantastic amount of time on detail. A fact that made her feel honored to work there. Someone that was similar to her in regards to their work. Never yielding in the slightest. [2/2 Preparation]
Being nearly complete with the desk she then realized she never cleaned the underside of the desk. Her eyes went somewhat wide with this knowledge as she couldn't let this stand. The fact of the matter is she was losing her mind doing all of this work. All work and no play made everyone dull. Mostly due to the fact it felt there was never an award. Yet with Natsu she felt for sure she was being rewarded. [1/2 Preparation]
Mostly due to the fact that she had the opportunity to work with the best smiths around. A fact that not many people could say that they had the opportunity to do so. Estatic with that knowledge within her mind she continued to work. Scrubbing the underside fo the desk. Making sure that there was no deficiencies with it. [2/2 preparation]
She was nearly done and knew this as she continued on. Scrubbing the outside fo the desk making it shine brilliantly. The amazon was looking over at her and smiling as she worked. Grateful such a wonderful student ended up in her shop. After all the last few students were all pieces of s**t. [1/2 Preparation]
But not Natsu, no never her. If anything Natsu was the best student that she had ever had. Watching her work meticulously over something such as cleaning gave her hop for the big jobs. After all the big jobs were where all the money came in. She would need a student with a good head on her shoulders to replace her. [2/2 Preparation]
As Natsu was finishing up the amazon walked over to her. Patting her on the back and startling the small Natsu. Natsu jumped slightly and smiled at her sensei rather happy with her progress. She knew that she was going to probably keep cleaning but that was okay. So long as Natsu got experience that's all that mattered in her mind. [1/2 preparation]
Natsu then began to stack everything back within the desk. Everything organized down to the letter on the can. Natsu humming as the amazon stood above her. Both smiling as both were rather pleased with Natsu's progress. Hell it made it more impressive that Natsu wasn't even working directly with her sensei and she was managing to keep up. Natsu yawned as she came into the shop with a cup of coffee. Sipping it down she looked around to see the store in a mess again. She looked at the shop with such dread. As if it was going to kill her as she cleaned the shop up. So she moved over through the shop gettnig a feel for what needed to happen. [1/1 Preparation]
Dreading working to clean the shop up again she finished her coffee. Trying to get a sense of what needed to happen here. Her eyes continued to scan the area as she was frustrated with these smiths. All they did was make mess after mess and never cleaned up. What would the amazon do without her there? [1/1 Preparation]
Grabbing a broom she started her work with sweeping. Moving through the shop with no music turned on as she looked like a zombie at this moment. Dreadfully moving through thee area and getting all the debris in small piles. Closing her eyes she started to hum as she did so. Not caring in the slightest who might be there watching her. [1/1 Preparation]
She was practically dancing with the broom moving through the store. She continued to sweep everything up into a pile. Then became frustrated as no matter how many times she cleaned up. More seemed to come out of nowhere. Truly a frustrating thing to come across if you wer a clean freak. [1/1 Preparation]
She looked down at the floor and still found specks of dirt everywhere. So shee couldn't just abandon her duty as a cleaner. She had to keep going to finish the job. After all it wasn't like she'd leave it behind anyway. Licking her lips she turned on the music finally. [1/1 preparation]
Moving through the smith she swept everything up. Knowing that her sensei would be there soon. It would only be fair for her to get this done before she got here. After all what else could be expected of a student at this point? Could she really move on knowing she did things sub par? [1/1 preparation]
Moving onto the other rooms she continued to sweep like a mindless drone. Losing her mind yet again as she danced and hummed to the music. She was going to be happy whenever she managed to stop all of this nonsense. Licking her lips as she continued to dance. She let out a soft sigh. [1/1 preparation]
Moving into yet another room she performed the same tasks. Like a mindless drone she just kept repeating what was needed of her. There was nothing wrong with that was there? At least in her mind there wasn't. Nothing in the slightest could ever be wrong about that. [1/1 Preparation]
Well other than losing one's mind during their work that is... There was a bit wrong with that as it couldn't be healthy in the slightest. Licking her lips again she continued to hum as she swept the floor until it was almost spec free. She felt so glad that she was putting in this much effort. For the fact that others would see it. When she completed her work she giggled a bit knowing she was in good hands. Dancing around the room she checked everything making sure it looked good. Resetting all the tools in the area as well. Putting everything on the line as she moved through the area checking with a white glove. When she found everything to her liking she left for a bit to get some air. [1/1 Preparation]

Natsu came in later that day on the last portion of her training. This was the most importat part of it as she would be a grand master after this. Yawning a bit as she came in with coffee she looked around at the place like she was a zombie. Licking her lips she moved to get everything started once more. Even as the bell rang at the front of the building she readied everything. [1/2 Actual Smithing I]
She moved to the front of the buildign to greet the customer. Getting a quick description as to what they wanted she moved to the back. Workign with the various pieces to make a sword how the man wanted it. One with no hand guard at all. It was odd for a long sword to have no hand guard but she didn't pay any mind to it. [2/2 Actual Smithing I]
Sneezing a bit she grabbed the sword and took it back over ot the customer. Earning his thanks as he left with it. Accompanied by a large smile upon his face. Natsu was glad that she could make her customers this happy. After all that's what mattered most in service right? [1/2 Actual Smithing I]
Not taking long for another customer to come through she greeted him. A warm smile on her face as she said hello and asked what she could do for him. He stammered a bit and then showed her a blue print. She looked at it for a bit and then figured out how to do it. She moved to the back and quickly made the shuriken set for him. She then moved back to the customer with the shuriken all in a container. Handing it over to him he stammered a bit more. Before giving her thanks to the woman and leaving. Natsu turned the music back on and danced a bit. Right as another customer entered the building. [1/2 Actual Smithing I]
Greeting the customer he waved to her and showed her a blue print. She found it funny that a lot of customers came in with blue prints of whta they wanted. If they were skilled enough to make that then why didn't they just make it themselves? As that question lingered i nher mind she walked to the back and heated the metal. Hammering it with deliberate strikes each time. [2/2 Actual Smithing I]
She took ahold of hte odd sword that the man said was meant for fencing. She hadn't a clue what fencing was but wasn't going to hold it against the man. She handed the blade over to him and earned thanks. Natsu told him to come again as he left and she danced a bit more. Only to hear yet another ring of a customer enter. [1/2 Actual Smithing I]
She walked over to the customer and greeted him with her familiar smile. This customer had dealt with her earlier that day and found her excellent in service. Natsu recognized the armored giant and waved to him. Earning a chuckle from the man as he showed her a diagram. She looked at it with extreme detail about what he wanted. [2/2 Actual Smithing I]
She smiled as she knew she could make such a product although it would be a bit odd. She had never made an axe that big before and it was slightly menacing to behold. But she wasn't going to back out of a job in the slightest. She felt as if she was behind a bit so hurried up with her product. Handing it to the man she waved goodbye and greeted yet another customer. [1/2 Actual Smithing I]
As she caught up with her orders she listened to what the man wanted. It was an order that was simple enough for her to do with her eyes closed. Moving to the back she began to heat the smaller pieces of metal. Quickly fashioning them into kunai. Right before she allowed them to cool and placed them into a container. [2/2 Actual Smithing I]
Walking over to the man she handed him the container earning his thanks. She licked her lips as she took in a glass of water. Sighing softly as she was halfway done with her training. Soon she would be known as the greatest weapon smith in the village. When another customer entered she went to greet them. [1/2 Actual Smithing I]
What she was greeted by was a woman wearing an anbu mask. To have such a customer in the shop must of meant good things. The woman showed her a diagram of what she wanted and it was all too easy to make. Smiling as she went to the back she quickly made the small knife. One that could easily be concealed within a gauntlet. [2/2 Actual Smithing I]
She handed the knife to the anbu member and she took it. Not saying much but keeping her eyes on Natsu. As if she knew there were special things in store for the young girl. Especially with what the Raikage wanted of her. It was all too perfect as everything was lining up just right. [1/2 Actual smithing I]
Hearing another customer enter the building Natsu rushed over. Giggling like a mad hatter as she did so. She was having a lot of fun as she saw yet another blueprint. It was only a general idea of what he wanted but Natsu could work with that. She went to the back like normal and began to heat the metal and quickly shaped it. [2/2 Actual Smithing I]
It didn't take long for her to complete the katana for the man. She moved to him and handed it to the man who was highly impressed that she could make it. He patted her on the head and gave thanks to her as he left. Only to have yet another customer come in with a blue print for arrowheads. She licked her lips as she found this to be really fun to do. Natsu moved to the back quickly and set a lot of metal in the furnace. Heating it up to where she wanted it before putting it on the anvil. Taking a hammer to it she began to shape multiple arrowheads at the same time. It was all too easy for her now as she watched the amazon closely when she made things. [2/2 Actual Smithing I]
As she completed them she allowed them to cool before putting them into a container. She handed the container off to the man and earned his thanks. She turned the music up a bit more and danced a bit moer. Not even thinking of where her sensei might be. Possibly sick really as another customer came into the building. [1/2 Actual Smithing I]
She then smiled to the customer and asked what she could do for him. He spoke honestly to her as all he wanted was knives. Didn't matter what they looked like. Natsu nodded as she could do that for this man. After all she made a lot of things today. [2/2 Actual Smithing I]
As she finished up on the knives she handed them over. Earning praise from him once more until the armored man came back in with the axe from before only it was busted. She looked at him like he was the devil at this moment and he held his hands up in defence. He then explained he was going after a creature with a very thick exoskeleton and this made Natsu huff. Glaring at the man she then chuckled and laughed a bit. Letting the armored giant ease up as she disappeared from his sight. She went to work on a truly powerful axe that she dubbed the executioner's axe. This axe was so large that she wasn't even able to move it herself. Instead she required the giant to move it and earned his thanks at the same time. [2/2 Actual Smithing I]

___From a shitty mission to a slightly less shitty job, working a few different beats in the Blue Dragon. First up, preparing a small glass setup that rarely got any use. It had become cluttered over the years, and some things had been moved to poor places for any reasonable forging process. [Preparation 1/3] Kaneo started by organizing all the tools, returning the relevant ones to the areas where they were supposed to be. A relatively mundane task, but one that allowed him to familiarize himself with the space and tools he'd be using once he gained the proper experience. He'd likely be doing this on a regular basis in the future as well, so it made sense to get used to the process too. [Preparation 2/3]
Since the shop wasn't necessarily actively smithing glass, Kaneo simply went up to tend the counter while waiting for the owner to finish work for the day so he wouldn't be in the way setting up the glass equipment. All in all things were pretty slow, and he mostly just answered a couple questions that the shop owner needn't bother himself with. [Assistance 1/4] At some point in the day, a rather agitated man showed up, demanding that he speak with the smith about an order. Arguing with someone wasn't really in the old genin's wheelhouse, but he managed alright... well, in that the guy didn't end up getting in the way of the actual shop's operation. Dude was still pissed off as hell, though the young shinobi never did figure out quite what he was hoping to achieve. [Assistance 2/4] Mid-day rolled around, which ultimately entailed explaining to everyone out on their lunch break, looking to drop of an order, that no the proprietor was also on his lunch break and could not take a special order. Of course, that meant Kaneo just jotting down stuff that was complete nonsense to him, and setting them at the bottom of the smith's stack of stuff. Not terribly interesting, but at least more productive than counting stock. [Assistance 3/4] The latter part of the day was mostly uneventful. There were a few people stopping by on their way home to pick things up, but hardly any orders entered. Even the smith himself came up front to just stand around and chat for a bit. The last task was repositioning the necessary equipment. A lot of it could be shared with the standard smithing forge next to it, but a rather heavy anvil-like contraption needed to be moved into place close enough to quickly shift work to it for forming. Being rather lithe, this was no simple task for the genin. He may have had a more fully-formed frontal lobe than his fellow shinobi, but his biceps were lacking in brute strength at the moment. ___Another day, another stop in at the forge. Today at least came without the caveat of needing to clean everything up thanks to disuse. Instead Kaneo spent his morning gathering supplies and stocking the glass-blowing area of the forge, in this case running to a supply shop for the raw supplies that would be necessary for creating glass. [Preparation 1/3] Out and back, hefting a bag of what amounted to sand. Silica to be more exact, the basic building block of any piece of glass. The genin struggled with the bag, dancing through the light traffic back to the store so that it could get opened and functioning on time. [Preparation 2/3]
Today, at the very least, Kaneo would get the pleasure of watching the craftsman he worked for do the thing he was hoping to do one day. Sure, he would still have to man the shop most of the day, but during slow times he'd be able to sit in the door and watch what was going on. He could think of worse ways to spend a day, better ways of course, but certainly not worse. [Assistance 1/4] For the moment, the genin stood mesmerized by the work going on behind him. By the molten substance, glowing orange, changing form before his very eyes. By the skill on display in its creation. By the heat coming off the whole process. And then someone cleared their throat behind him. [Assistance 2/4] Kaneo wheeled around to a plump lady, hands on hips, demanding his attention. He began with his usual routine, but was rebuffed as if striking cold iron. After a moment he relented and simply went about his business getting her taken care of. Got the gruff responses he deserved for inappropriate conduct too, both from the customer and the forgemaster. [Assistance 3/4] The rest of the day passed quietly enough, with only a couple customers interrupting the genin's gawking. And good thing too, because with any luck Kaneo would be manning that forge soon enough. Of course, he'd have to train enough to not just out and out drop any decent sized piece of metal. For the end of this particular day, Kaneo's duties dictated that he sweep the shop. It wasn't something that needed to be done every day, or even every other day, but eventually enough shavings and just general cruft would build up on the floor that it was necessary to clear it away in service, of, well, service. The duo appeared in a tuft of wind, and entered the Armory. Jeon went for three total library expansions, while Jay went to pick up some heavy projectiles. They came back together and got going with a full load of folding shuriken, a total of 21, and 20 more [technique slots.]

Natsu quickly showed up to the dragon emporium and began grabbing items. She picked up her shinobi's goggle comm set that she had put an order in for (600 ryo). On top of buying six more comm units (3000 ryo). She purchased two chakra steel katana's for her bukijutsu student (1800 ryo). Then purchased silent soles for their footwear (1500 ryo). Quickly taking her shirt off she moved over to a tailor and purchased two Arsenal Sleight of Hands, one for each sleeve (1600 ryo). As that was finished she moved over to the projectiles stand and looked around for a bit. Everyone in the area knew she took top priority and was supposed to get these items for free. Yet she was paying for everything she was purchasing. She bought four sets of throwing knives to put in the glyphs (1200 ryo). She bought an additional four sets and set them up upon her belt (1200 ryo). She then purchased a large volume of Highly explosive notes totalling to ten sets (3000 ryo). Quickly setting them upon her belt line on the left she began to think of anything else she might need. The last thing she would get for herself as she set up her comms was two sleeve knives to hide (1000 ryo). She handed the ryo out to the correct individuals and left as quickly as she came. ● Skill: Multitasking While the first two stages of the style revolve around the very basics of how to use a bow, the third stage incorporates the use multiple arrows into a more stylish way of battling. Mastery allows the user to simultaneously fire multiple arrows with any technique that does not specifically state otherwise, and allows the Arrow Creation technique to create up to three arrows at once with no increase in cost.
● Skill: Manipulation Manipulating the bow itself is simple, but controlling the arrows is very difficult. Many enhancements can be made to arrows to give them different flight paths, but buying those kinds of arrows is expensive and making them is difficult, so a method was developed wherein the user can freely alter how an arrow flies without need for such trifles. During this training, the user practices firing arrows with abnormal hand positions. Reduces the Stamina cost of bow-related Bukijutsu techniques (including Formless Styles) by 10 Stamina, to a minimum of 5 Stamina.
● Manipulating Line An addition to the technique Calling Cord. By laying a good amount of additional chakra into the strings wrapped around the projectiles, the user is able to fully control the length, direction, and movement of the strings. There were a plethora of reasons why the twins had decided to hang up their shinobi gear for the week and actually work a job. For one, they had been going hard the last few weeks with little breaks and their bodies needed a bit of time to recover. While that wasn't literally true, it was just a bit of wisdom from Jeon that led them to that conclusion anyway. They didn't want to burn out, after all. They did want to keep their minds sharp, and they always wanted to know what went into building armor. As it turns out, one cannot simply jump into smithing. Jay and Jeon weren't even apprentices yet, so they had to start at the bottom. Their first day of training began humbly.
In the whitesmithing area, where Jeon directed them to start,t here was a lot of preparation that needed doing. To begin, Jeon grabbed a broom and Jay the mop. As Jeon lead sweeping towards the back of the area Jay did a quick spot mop, following up behind his sister and making the floor sparkle. The dustpan came out and the two made quick work of the dust on the ground. Following this, there were tools that needed to be cleaned out. Jeon, learning from a mistake made by Shiro, hardened her hands before she dipped them into the water and grabbed for the tools that needed to be cleaned out. It didn't take long for the two to tag team that job. As the day started, the master whitesmith came to inspect his tools, and thanked the duo for getting him off to a good start. [2/3 Preparation.]
Once things were underway, Jeon and Jay took to aiding him while watching his work. It was a intriguing process, one Jeon watched very closely. She handed him the bowl of warm pewter, observing how he shaped it using deft, precise movements. It was very quickly beginning to take shape into a pitcher before the twins eyes. They were quick to handle it when people came to ask the master questions that would be distracting, directing them to wait while he finished whatever project he was on at the time> The sage duo took turns aiding the master, listening as he explained his work the way someone talked about a lover. As he melted down the gold and poured it into mold, he was precise about it, knowing the exact measurements that were needed to form a ring, a necklace, the tiny god links that held together golden chains, even intricate wedding bands. The twins did their part, passing him tools, holding things in the fire while he attended to other matters, dipping molten materials into water to cool it off for him, just to get a feel for some of the work. At the end of that day, The twins tossed away garbage and gathered everything from leftover materials to things that had to be discarded. The two of them swept up the area after that as well. To finish off, they left the tools in the water for the night. [Prep]
The following day, Jeon and Jay were back ahead of the smiths again, giving the shop a quick sweeping so as to get it ready. Even as they did it before, the wind blew around dust and other debris naturally and the best work station was a clean one. The sweeping and mopping took place, and hardened hands went into the water once more. Clean tools were a necessity across everything they ever did, even their agricultural work from way back in the day, so this never bothered them.
When the white smith came in, he greeted the twins and began unlooading his working bag. Every tool of his personal things was in tip top condition and made by his own hands. He went through the process of explaining the use of every single one of them to the twins as he took them out, and the duo hung them above his work station for him to grab, or for them to reach and hand it to him. He stroked his white, long beard as he waited for orders and told the twins what he was going to work on when the day got started so they would be prepared as best they could. Prep was key. He had a sort of pattern that the twins were learning as they worked with him. As the day before, they took turns handling customers and aiding his works. It didn't take a very long for the day to move on by. [Assistance]
Finishing as they had the day before, the twins gathered the smithy tools and began cleaning them off. They did a quick sweep and cleared the old coals from the now cooled forge. The smith left with a farewell for now, and left them to close up shop. [Prep]
By the third day of their whitesmith training, the twins had a routine they followed. Instead of sweeping and mopping, they washed the tools and sanitized them, like they did in the hospital. Then after polishing and making sure they were in good working condition, or putting them aside of not, they grabbed a broom and mop and Jay lead with the sweeping as Jeon mopped behind him. They made sure that the forge wa fired up and ready to go, and soon in came the smith. [Prep 2/3]
He allowed the twins to do their thing as usual, watching over his shoulder and handing him his tools as before. Jay took the first shift handling customers, directing them where to go and keeping the from getting in the way while the work was done. He took over and traded with Jeon at about the halfway point of the day. The smith was working on repairs for most of the day, and showing the twins how to smoothen out fillings in cracks, how to meld gold together, how to adjust chainlinks that were warped and the like. Softmetals could be delicate and were easy to mess up if not handled properly, and so delicacy became the name of the game. [Assistance]
At the end of the day the smith aided in the preparation, only to show them how he liked to clean his own stuff, and how that process differed from the usual one. There was a fine attention to detail, and he also went through the process of showing them the ins and outs of repairing tools and how to do so in a manner that increases longevity. After that however he simply sat and watched the two youngins as they cleaned up shop, and left when they did. [Prep]
Day four began with the twins applying the extra knowledge they had gained to the tools, bringing them to a higher level of clean than they had been able to before. THey were learning already the ins and outs by the lessons they were absorbing. After a quick inventory check, the duo began the sweep and mop, and finished with changing out trashes as necessary. The old smithy came in that day with a full workload, and as such it was less of a day for conversation and more of one for them to be diligent workers. It droned along, not going terribly fast, not terribly slow, but rather it kept them all busy. The smithy expressed gratitude when they slowed down. The twins had been a fine pair of aids. He finished the last few projects with some time to spare thanks to being able to rely on Jay and Jeon to do what he needed their help with. He almost never even needed to ask save for things that they couldn't have had the foresight for. He got up, today leaving his special, personal tools with them to see how they would do. They ended the day with a quick once over of everything as they always did. Quick sweep, changing the coals out, and then they turned their attentino to the tools. The two of them tag teamed the cleaning as they did everything. They were capable of doing it alone, but why should they. Their hands combed over the details as they were taught, from initial rince to ending polish. The Smith would likely be in early to see how they did and they'd hate to disappoint. [Prep]
In the morning the man arrived just after the twins, an hour or so ahead of opening time and set about inspecting his own things while the twins got elbow deep in cleaning off the otherthings. It was humbling for them to be at the bottom washing tools and the like while they held such high status in the military. THe thought barely crossed their minds as the smith praised their good work and got out of the way for them to finish preparing for the day. By the time the mopping was done the forge was already going. [Prep 2/3]
The day was an exceptionally trying one. Jay took the first shift with distracting and directing somewhat irritated clients who wanted both speed and quality in a job where one just about always trumps the other. Even a master smith needed time to make sure that his work went over well. Meanwhile Jeon was hard at work keeping the forge going, keeping the smith hydrated, keeping the tools readily available. She ran back and for gathering materials, giving her a slightly higher patience than she had ever had as she waited for things in the forge to heat, for things inn the water to cool off. With a swap, halfway through as usual, that patience carried over to trying to calm the clients and keep them from distracting the smith and Jay. Jay for all his worth was developing an understanding for the kinds of pressure one could be under while doing this kind of work. If not for the fact that he and his sister were shinobi, and Sages at that, they would've been highly frustrated. Even so the monkey sennin were not so patient that they would put up with it for much longer. The smithy sensed this in the way that Jeon was starting to tell the clients to calm down, and he himself hollared for them to sit down, shut up, or leave. The declaration form the usually quiet man was sufficient.
At the end of the stressful day, the smith and the twins took a seat, discusing their goals while they wiped down the work area together from their benches. Jeon had talked Jay into taking up jobs so they could eventually learn to make armor. The smithy nodded, remembering his aspiration to become the best whitesmith in town. He patted them on their shoulders and offered them apprentice ship with him, should they want it. Naturally, the duo obliged by the time they were done with the last night of the week's prep. [Prep.]

Week two the twins were right back at it almost immediately. They didnt waste time jumping into things again, and began the prep as they normally did. The tools were s**c and span, and the floors sparkled up at them as they moved on to lighting up the forge. They had fallen into a routine that would make everything go smoothly. [Prep1/2]
The smith waltzed in, hailing his apprentices to the fire and laying out his entire plan for the night. It took no more or less than him explaining what he would like to have them pay attention to for the twins to have their plan of action. They split duties once more, Jeon taking the customers down as was required while Jay gave the smith, henceforth known as Norega, a hand. It wasn't long before they traded spots as usual. It wasn't an intensive day at the forge, and in fact it was a very simple day. Some finishing work was needed on a few weapons, some ornaments made of tin for show, something shiney added onto a light fixture. Jeon found it intersting even if it wasn't exactly what she was interested in. Her eyes were as big as dinner plates as Norega polish and clean off a chestplate. [Assistance]
As usual, the clean up went smoothly. They set up for the next day as best as they could, and did a quick spot sweep and mop before finishing with a cleaning and detailing of all the assorted tools [Prep]
Week two day two was much like the first. Jeon took a broom tot he whole place while Jay slung the mop to and fro, cleaning the floor as was usual. They put the tools where they went, and waited eagerly for Norega to show up and another day of knowledge observed. [Prep 1/2]
When he showed up he began arming himself for the day. Something in the air told him it'd be a busy day and he'd be depending on them more than the day before. THe two nodded, almost saluted and finished up prep before the flood. And boy did it. Jeon was retrieving the stuff for him before he could even ask for the most part. Norega didn't mind offering direction but Jeon didn't seem to need a lot of it. There was some to be wanted, but for the most part she was even able to aid him with the basic things like polishing off nearly finished products or making sure there were no cracks in an urn the man had made for someone whos father died. While the work was somewhat somber in nature it didn't stop Jeon from aiding the smithy who was going a mile a minute even for his normal pace. Jeon and Jay decided she could stick with him for the Day while Jay managed the customers for him and kept a lid on things while he worked. The two took to sweeping the building and giving a mop after all was said and accoutned for. Jay was washing the dishes when Norega headed out for the night. They finished up, and concluded the days work with haste that said they were tired. Attention to detail was still present as it always was, however, and the two didn't allow haste to interfere with quality or correctness. [Prep]
Monotony was the name of the game, unfortunately. The twins roared in and started their routine. Jay swept with a beat in his step like a song was playing in his head. Behind him Jeon sloshed the mop at the same rhythm. When Norega arrived, the twins were doing a few finishing touches on the cleaning of his tools, and sooner than later they were finished with that and the customers and work began to pile on in. For today, Jeon busied herself with entertaining and conversing with customers. Today there were a particularly high amount of children running to and fro, and it was her job to keep them occupied while Jay spent the majority of his day with Norega. Pewter was being mixed up for a project and Jay was trusted to do the proper measurements for each ingot that the master was going to need. He gathered all of what the man had on hand, and took to bringing him his tools when the man needed that nice, extra set of hands. Jay was less verbally impulsive, sure, but what he lacked in conversation he made up for in preemptive action. Norega was never left without something he was sure to need when Jay was on the job with him. To be honest he didn't have that issue with Jeon either, but he found that while she entertained him qith her questions more she was slower on the draw by a bit. Either way Norega had no issues with either of them. [Assistance]
At days end, Norega and Jay shot the breeze for a bit while he and Jeon Gyeon cleaned out the area. His broom whisked the debris, dirt and soot into a pile while they talked about Jay's upbringing and Jeon's predilection for chaos and how it worked out well for t hem in the shop. He stuck aroud while they washed tools, commenting on the work orders for the next day and just generally being cool to be around. He was slowly molding them into smiths, but he was also starting to like them. [Prep]
The next day the duo was in the same straights as the day before. Monotony broken up by slight nuance. Today Jeon swept while doing the steps to an old Swamp Village dance that they would do to keep spirits high after work sometimes. As she did that, Jay brought up the mop and sung the song they were most famously known for bringing to the parties. Following that up, they set all of the tools into their proper places and moved on.[Prep 1/2]
Jay and Jeon were moving as a unit, setting the tools into place as they would be needed and tagging in and out for the customer handling. The day was moving smoothly. The machine of Norega Jeon Gyeon and Jay was in full effect. All of the cogs ran smoothly, with him barely having to do anything besides the actual smithing work. Jay even did a small bit of polishing work, and Jeon a bit of portion control with the silver being used to make a dining set. It was all and all a fairly good day to be a whitesmith apprentice. The amount of experience they were gaining was, of course, invaluable as well as the fun that they were having doing it all. By the end of the day they had sweated quite a bit, but they had also gotten a lot done especially considering it was a Thursday, which tended to be slow according to Norega. [Assistance]
Following the day's work Norega had to bow out before the twins finished the clean up, which was fine. They were still at the lowest rung of the latter after all. After a sweep, the mop came through. Following that, they washed, polished and reset all of the tools in their area. [Prep]
The last day of that week, Jeon and Jay came in no more or less tired of the same old song and dance. They took a broom through to clear the dust and did a quick spot mop. By the time the tools were all accounted for, Norega had come in and was ready to get to work. [Prep1/2]
Norega moved like a hurricane. He was determined to finish his day off fast, and then have a good weekend off. Jay and Jeon kept the customers at bay as usual, taking turns with that and aiding him. He called for materials to melt down or reshape and they brought it to him. He called for a tool, finding it already waiting for him. He called for a hand holding irons in the fire to keep them hot, and Jeon was already beside him. It appeared as though the duo had learned mroe than he was aware, and even faster than he thought that they would. It seemed, he said off handedly, that he would need to get new apprentices, as they would probably start working independently around the shop come next week. This excited Jay and Jeon tremendously and galvanized them. Quick were the duo in moving from there, and Norega smiled at their heart. Week's end finally fell upon them, and the duo wiped the sweat from their brow. Norega congratulated them, and then gave them a rundown of what they'd be doing come the next week. After prep, they'd be going through measurements and doing actual smith work on some easier projects. [Assistance]
Jay swept up the floors with excitement. Come Monday, he wouldn't be a simple smith hand or apprentice. He and his sister would be turning into full on smithys themselves! Jeon already had all the tools cleaned and accounted for before he even finished his sweep, and so they mopped together and bowed to sensei Norega before heading out. [Prep]
The twins arrived the next Monday to find a pair of newbs had done the hard work of prep for them. THey still went over the tools they were using but it was nice not to be needed in that regard, and instead to be doing actual smithing. So they began by splitting up. Jeon melted down some copper to be mixed into bronze, and Jay wiped sweat from her brow as he allowed her to work on her own. It was a fast process, just as Norega had taught them. The urn that needed making was finished in just under an hour. Jay took over and molded some silver into the shape of several eating utensils. [Actual Smithing I]
Next up was the process of molding mroe basic things. Jeon jumped in, making some tin pots that would look more expensive and cool than it really was. She was wiping down her product to give it a shine for the customer when she noted a single irregularity. She melted the entire thing down and started it over with her eye for perfection in place. It took a little longer, but she made something she was proud of. Meanwhile Jay was workign on a larger project that took the same amount of total time: a golden chandelier to hold candles up in the air. By the time the two were done with those, the day was over and Norega approved of the work they had done. [Acrtual Smithing I]
The next day the duo wandered into the forge with a bunch of things to do on their mind. First thing first, Jay spent most of the day polishing and finishing armor pieces, adorning them with ornate soft metals to make it pretty. Jeon was shaping and making silver ware as in the day before. At the end of the day, they packed what was theirs and went home. [Actual Smithing I]
A day began, a day was long for the journeyman smiths. They were working quickly, making everything from pots and pans to chandeliers to silverware. By the time it was their lunchbreak the twins were already feeling the mode. The rest of the day crawled on adn the twins finished the day's work. [Actual Smithing I]
Coming up on the next day, the twins were happy to see the coals warm and a dry heat permeating the environment. It was raining out, so naturally they were enjoying the free drying. The duo worked together on some thigns in the forge, and by the time they were done they were all tuckered out and on their way home. [Actual Smithing I]

Hachiro entered the shopping district. He was fascinated by the variety of things he could purchase. Armor seemed appealing to him. He remembered his brother wearing a heavy red armor in his earlier days, ending his life he wore a lighter more compact variant.
__ Ada would take the lead to arrive at the Blue Dragon just moments before Selina and Kenshin. This gave her just enough time to observe her surroundings. 'I remember the descriptions of some of the people from my interrogations.' She finished thinking to herself while doing her best to identify each of the four individuals from the crowd. It looked like the planned robbery hadn't begun yet, which gave her time to set up an ambush for them. While walking about she would notice a vaguely familiar face hanging about. When she remembered who he was she muttered, "Heh, looks like he got his headband. Good..." Ada approached Hachiro and spoke, "Greetings. You were with Mister Hohenheim before, yes? Please excuse my rudeness, but..." She leaned in toward him and whispered into his ear, "There are four criminals in this area who will soon attack the people to stage a robbery. I hope you might be available to help us prevent unnecessary casualties while subduing them. The KPD has authorized lethal force if necessary." Ada retreated from Hachiro personal space. The invitation was simply extra insurance for a successful mission.
One way or another, she would fulfill her duty to the fullest of her newfound abilities. Ada just nodded toward Hachiro regardless of his answer or choice, and continued her patrol. Ada hoped that her comrades would fan out and expand their search area. She found a higher vantage point for herself and with a bit more focus she'd start spotting the suspects one, two, three and four. Subtle signals were offered to her teammates to get in position if they hadn't already noticed themselves. They could take down their marks at their discretion, but everyone had to do so as close the the same time as possible. Ada approached Hachiro. She seemed to remember him but didn't seem to know he was too a part of the KPD judging by her introduction. Hachiro would listen intently to the mission ahead. He nodded. " Right, I'll move in." Hachiro began to walk apart from the woman. He would inhale, concentrating on the surrounding area. His eyes shifted between the hundreds of shoppers. One began to stand out. He moved along the walls, looking over his shoulder. If that was not enough, he wore a thick hooded coat in the midst of the days heat. The hood was clearly the only reason he wore this, drawing suspicion to himself by cloaking his face with out of season clothing.
Hachiro pressed on, following the man. He would soon get within distance of him if need be to attack. Perhaps his inexperience would cause him to get too close as the adversary began to look back at Hachiro singularly. " YO. KID GO AWAY" He roared at Hachiro. He then began to dash down the street, clearly trying to escape. Hachiro would pursue with his full speed. The growing crowd of persons in the street forced him to use his wall climbing jutsu to run aside the buildings. Soon, he was right atop the man. Hachiro pulled his badge from his sash, flashing it to him. " Sir, I need to ask you some questions! Could you please stop fleeing?"
Hachiro's words fell on deaf ears as he continued to run. Hachiro sighed, getting increasingly frustrated with the man. Ahead of the two was a cart that held several dozen melons. Hachiro would draw a single kunai, throwing it and knocking the support from under the cart, causing it to tip, spilling the melons in the street, stopping the man's progress. As he slowed down, looking for an exit, Hachiro took a giant leap from the side of the building. He landed directly behind the man, slightly to the left of his body. He would plant his right leg in front of the man's two legs while standing off center his back and use his right hand to push him forward, to the ground. The man planted his face hard against the earth below him. Hachiro quickly took a rope that was laying near-by to form some make shift restraints to cuff the man with. "Come on, we have your friends too. Shouldn't have run." Hachiro began walking the villain back to Ada to meet up.

__ When Kenshin arrived after Ada he stopped and listened to her. When she approached another male in their company he observed him. Perhaps he was also in the KPD? Kenshin then refocused on the task at hand and folded his palms into a tiger hand seal. "Byakugan!" Suddenly pulsating veins surrounded his pale white eyes as he observed his surroundings with his incredible eyesight. While Ada and Selina would patrol he noticed that Hachiro had captured a perp. "Perfect." He thought until his all-seeing eyes captured another robber in his view. Kenshin unsheathed his rapier and pursued the man. "Stop in the name of the law!" He yelled authoritatively as the man began to run away from him. Kenshin followed him in hot pursuit as his byakugan fixated on him. He continued to chase him until the perp was eventually backed into a corner and was forced to defend. He used his right arm to swing his crowbar weapon at Kenshin's head. He immediately used his rapier to parry and defend himself. When their weapons clash an audible sound of clashing steel could be heard as Kenshin quickly forced his left palm into his stomach and blocked his tenketsu points in the midsection. When the robber collapsed Kenshin knelt down and placed iron shackles around his hands and ankles. The shinobi sentinel felt a rush go through his veins as he accomplished his task. The dwarf had told the weapon smith about this little lady. Already knowing that she was full of potential gave the weapon smith incentive to find her. Nothing took long to find in Kumo when your eyes were as blue as the sea. The weapon smith found Natsumi and dragged her into her shop. She looked around and began to see what needed to happen.
