Van Cortlandt Park is a 1,146-acre park. It is the third largest park in New York City, behind Pelham Bay Park and Staten Island Greenbelt. The park is outfitted with many new skate parks for people to ride around and show off their skills.

Such a quiet area. So....empty. It was perfect to get accustomed to the new area he was in. The white haired man skating around on his at at a leisurely pace. He didn't need to speed up or slow down and had no reason to do any kinds of tricks. He wasn't focused on tricks today. Kuro was focused on foot work. Fundamentals needed to be perfected after all. His feet moving in smooth rhythmic motions while bobbing his head as if he was listening to a song. He wasn't paying attention that much, but he knew when to sway his body to get around a corner or a tree or anything that was in his way really. A simple ride for a simple day. Kuro couldn't help but enjoy himself with the peace and quiet he got from the park. He wondered if anyone else came here often, but it seemed nobody had shown up yet. Kuro hoped someone else came, but if nobody did he didn't mind.
The young purple haired female awoke on a park bench, unable to remember anything. It seems she had dozed off, in some strange dream. Her eyes widened at the sight of a white haired man, he seemed lonesome. She stood up, her eyes tracing him as she approached the younger male.
“Are you.. Okay?”as her eyes filled with curiosity. Although, somewhat concerned it didn't seem anything that Lucila was unable to fix. She was certain, a little conversation with this man and he would be good as new.

Kuro continued to weave around objects like water would simply move around rocks. Smooth and continuous until he passed the object. His concentration was snapped, however, when he heard a voice talking to him. He came to a stop before looking to the girl that had spoken to him. He couldn't help but tilt his head curiously before smiling and nodding. Why wouldn't he be okay? He was enjoying himself quite a bit, "What brings you here?" He asked curiously as he began to slowly ride around the girl while whistling a soft tune gently.
With the wind at his back and the skies above him, Rich felt like he was alive once again as he rolled along on his AT's while he took in the local venue at Van Cortland Park, his eyes wandering around as he rolled with a quick and heightened speed. Speeding up to the ramp before him, Richard bent his knees outwards as he put his body mass towards his AT's, giving him the max acceleration he could get before he caught onto the ramp and felt himself gearing up for some big air just before he hit the lip of the ramp. Taking off into the skies, the exuberance on his face only filled him with excitement as he soared into the skies, his body spinning over as he spun around in the air gracefully like a bird before he came back onto the ramp and rolled off and back onto the path before him. "Feeling good, feeling good. The AT's are on point today and not falling apart." Richard spoke as he leaned down and tapped his AT's as if to appreciate them staying together for him in that moment and time. In the distance, he could see two people talking, but he didn't want to bother them unless they were looking to talk to him specifically.
Easing himself into a sitting position on the ground, Richard closed his eyes and just listened to the wind with a soft sigh, enjoying his day and his life right now for the most part. Sometimes, silence was always the best medicine and for now, he'd ride out this mellow wave until something came to his attention.

Kuro's attention turned to someone else that seemed to come to the park to skate as well. The boy seemed more active than the girl, however, and was riding around just like he was as well. It was interesting seeing someone else ride around, do tricks, and just have a different rhythm in general. It fascinated Kuro as his eyes wandered down to the boy's ATs and looked them over. They didn't seem any different than the ones Kuro was wearing, besides how they looked, but he wondered if the other boy had something else inside of his ATs. Did he have an upgrade he couldn't see? A different part? Kuro's eyes continued to stare with curiosity.
Opening his eyes after a moment of taking in how everything felt to him and how he should use it in motion, his eyes couldn't help but connect with another white haired male's eyes as he looked over his AT's. Givign him a raised hand as he waived, Richard didn't have any intention of starting anything with anyone at the moment as he was just riding for the fun of it and developing his 'Road' as he read on a forum once. If the guy wanted to talk to him, he could always do more than stare at him... which would probably freak him out a little less.

The young teacher was jogging through the park. This was her daily routine and her way of staying in shape to keep up with her students. Right now she was sitting on a bench taking a breather from running 4 miles already and her goal was to run 6. Drinking water and breathing heavily, her phone rang. Seeing that it was her mother, she answered and talked to her for a little. Once the conversation was over, he got up and stretched ready to finish her jog.

It’s odd. It’s been awhile since she’s been out in the city. After Rain had went out with her friend, Alessia had decided to stay behind and get more settled into the apartment. Set up her room, eat a hot meal, all the good thing that come with having a room to sleep in as opposed to a bench. It was nice, but it was also lonely. At least when you’re sleeping outside in the city, you’re never met with silence. In a room, alone, eating by yourself, you’re left alone to think, and then overthink, and then panic when thoughts of screwing something up enter your mind. So when faced with the choice of staying in the room and losing her mind, or go out to the lively sounds of the city, Allesia chose the latter.
How she had ended up in the Van Cortlandt Park was actually a mystery on her part. She had gotten on the F Train to get to the 2, but in her state of mind she must have mixed them up. The park wasn’t that bad but just the smell of the Bronx was…..something to get accustomed to. Although the place truly did look beautiful. She just wasn’t really in the mode to appreciate it at the moment. Perhaps she just needed to rest on a bench somewhere. Or maybe, just maybe, she could clear her mind in a more active, perhaps even a more violent sense. It has been a while since she’s felt the rush of fighting some head to head…

Kuro simply nodded to the boy he was watching, but his sight soon turned to two others that seemed to arrive. One woman with blue hair and another with red hair. The woman with blue hair seemed to be busy running, but the woman with red hair seemed distracted. He couldn't help but skate about as his gaze was on them, his eyes darting to what was in front of them before looking to the two again. He wondered why they were there. Especially the red head. she seemed down about something, but the one with blue hair seemed busy. He could talk to her later. He decided to go to the red head first. His feet skating him over to the girl slowly, "You okay?" He asked bluntly as he skated in a circle around her before stopping.
Neva ran by the two and waved. she didn't know what was going on or she would have stopped and tried to help. Getting around to her goal of 6 miles, She sat on a bench and drunk her Gatorade and catch her breath. "I am going to have to come here more often. They have a skate park."She said looking at the kids rollerblading.

God it was getting worst. Her head was drowning with thoughts. It seemed to latch on to the idea of fighting someone to clear itself. She was in a park for god’s sake! This was public area! Fight here and the cops would be swarming the place in an instant. She wanted to scream to be honest. That would look weird though right? Her mind was going to fast to collect the thoughts anymore, she really should sit and calm do-
”You okay?” came a male’s voice. It was blunt and to the point, but it was enough to ground her back to earth for a moment. She looked to the male. White hair, red eyes, and air trecks. He circled around her before stopping, and Alessia would take the moment to look him over. “I’m…..fine. Thanks for asking. Just have a lot on my mind and i’m not exactly sure what to do to clear it out. It’s….weird. I feel like going blow for blow with someone but this is a public park….” She would respond. Her mind was still going a mile per thought, and with it, her mouth followed.
Kuro couldn't help but tilt his head. The girl said she was okay, but she also said she needed to fight someone. That was quite the escalation, but one he could get behind. The white haired boy couldn't help but smile, "Care to fight me then?" He asked quite bluntly as he began to slowly skate around the girl yet again. His eyes glanced over to the blue haired girl once again and stayed there for a bit, staring at her before looking to the red head he was circling. Kuro then stopped skating once again, "That is. If you want to of course."

Neva was just enjoying the park. She was oblivious to that fact a parks war was about to break out in plain sight. Neva was a one riding was for fun. If she was challenged, of course she would accept, but she didn't go around just fighting people to fight. The young woman could not help that the white haired boy kept looking at her as if wishing to talk, but occupied with the red head girl. She was one of patience so whenever he was ready to come over, she would be sitting there waiting. Neva had nothing on her agenda for the day and she wasn't in a rush.

"Oh, there is a battle going on? Richard spoke as he brought himself to roll over to the two of the AT'ers as he spoke, his hands in his pockets as he casually strolled over to the both of them with no problem whatsoever. They were all just AT'ers in a park, simple talk should be fine between the three of them. He couldn't hide his excitement over the idea of seeing a fight for himself as he took in the visage of the red haired girl ,smirking a bit as he held his stance firm on the matter at hand. "Sounds like fun... If you weren't busy, I'd love to battle you. You never learn nearly as much by hanging back and waiting!" Richard noted as he had every intention of making something out of himself with AT's and any type of challenge or interaction would do him well, despite the possible consequences.
