- ↳ The character possesses the ability to drain or share magic energy between her and a person of her choice, effectively adjusting the targets ability to use their own raiment. In order to use this power the targeted person must be within her Range and they must be within her line of sight for the entire duration of the transfer.
When she gives her energy to another person, they are given a short boost to their physical prowess. As she grows more experienced in her abilities, her efficiency can improve in many ways, primarily the strength and duration of the physical boost provided. When the physical enhancement wears off, there will be a cooldown period of 30 minutes before they are able to receive this buff again.
Unfortunately, apart from restoring her energy supply, the raiment has little in the ways of aiding the user as she cannot provide herself the physical enhancement, she is also limited to targetting one person at a time with her raiment, and must take short breaks between uses as using this ability puts strain on the user, prolonged use resulting in a dizzy sensation or light-headedness, even leading to dropping unconscious.

- A peculiar black oval tattoo'd on her forehead, she claims it symbolises her "third eye," her ability to see the world from a perspective no other person could.

- Even at a fairly early age, Philia was never very strongly attached to her emotions. This would not imply she feels nothing but rather... She feels less than others. Though slight, she still shows joy, anger, disappointment, sorrow etc.
The world is one big research facility, that is how she perceives it. Knowledge is plentiful and she seeks to understand as much as she can, especially the distant past. History holds a most fascinating value that Philia holds all her respect towards, and also towards those willing to learn it. She is easily disinterested in naive outlooks on the world and sees little reason to waste energy with people "stuck in the present" as she would say.
When focused more socially she comes across rather up-front and humorless, regardless of where or not it is intentional. She can have a sense of humor although it would be rarely obvious to others, maybe accidentally coming across as rude or insensitive. Behind the scientific-like face, there is a normal person deep down.

- ↳ Philia's interest in the past started at the age of 10 during a family trip to the Kingdom of Valor, immediately her eyes were glued to the various buildings, fascinated by the historical design throughout. Quickly she became that of a bookworm, studying the various Kingdoms or their histories. The idea of seeing what changes resulted in the present was incredible to her... At the beginning though she would simply read up on how the Kingdoms grew in size and detail, like how every stroke of a brush slowly formed a painting into an artists soul.
Nearing adulthood was when the realisation came to light, relics of the past were not limited to how a land grew... But those that influenced it, be it with amazing ideas for evolution or even abilities that harmed them and became a memory of what they survived, inspiring those to prepare for worse, should it ever come. But what kind of people or powers existed back then? How long did it take for these changes? Every discovery followed with several new questions, her mind fueled with the challenge to find answers, answers always providing more things to learn, an endless cycle of fascinating fragments of the past that Philia would appear obsessed about. To her though there should be no problem with her wanting to learn so much, if anything, people of her generation could use some of this information. They seemed careless of what was and it irritated the woman.
Years flew by as she continued her life goal, progessively she'd distance herself from her friends and family and eventually moved away from her home town, travelling wherever she could to continue her research. over time she would pick up small techniques that would allow her to get into some lesser known areas, sometimes even flat out restricted areas. This would result in her locating hidden fragments of history or sometimes even darker secrets that would have expectedly never seen the light of day. Sure she could have got in trouble and to a smaller extent did, but to truly understand the world one would sometimes need to delve deep, for the sake of finding answers she would happily do as such. Sadly along with all these variants of text was a missing fragment... An artifact, or relic from the old ages, something she can examine directly. A second constant was despite the amount of information throughout the world, there seemed to be many who would had hardly picked up a book or two on it all, almost like they just didn't care. Did everyone just choose to forget it? Surely people would not have so quickly dismissed the events that resulted in the lives they have to this day?
The now 28 year-old Enhancer was on the verge of a breakthrough in her discoveries, or so it appeared. Along a potential lead she instead met with someone who seemed equally keen on the past. It was only after their exchanges that she was later recommened to share her knowledge, it made sense, she could revive that keen attention on past events by sharing it with a newer generation... It was only 2 years later that she'd go through with the plan and make a final stop in her travels to Eoana before applying to the Academy as a Professor. As a plus this place seemed filled with knowledge just waiting to be discovered. And who knows, maybe she can even find artifacts of the old times, or even information of older forms of raiments that she hadn't even seen yet during her stay.
