Senshi: Sailor Mie, Senshi of Plum Blossoms
Challenge: Long - "The cold of winter brings many to their knees, but I'll stay vibrantly flowering. I am Sailor Mie and I'll bloom bright against the storm!" Short - "I'll bloom bright against the storm!"
Attacks:
Sailor Attack - Mie Hua Petals!
Mie raises an arm in front of her and with her palm facing outwards, draws a ring of plum blossom petals. She brings her hand back and the ring slightly constricts. Mie then pushes the same hand forward, and the the petals shoot out, covering whoever is closest within 6 feet in front of Mie. Whoever is caught in the petals would suffer the effects of slowness for 20 seconds.
- Usage: 3 times per battle
Range: 6 feet in front of Mie
If the target of the attack is of a rank greater than Mie, the duration of the effects of the attack is subtracted by 5 seconds for every level the opponent is greater than Mie.
Super Sailor Attack - Mie Hua Petal Storm!
Mie raises both arms in front of her and with her palms facing outwards, draws a ring of plum blossom petals. She brings her hands back and the ring slightly constricts. Mie then pushes both hands forward, and the the petals shoot out, covering whoever is closest within 8 feet in front of Mie. Whoever is caught in the petals would be able to barely move for 20 seconds.
- Usage: 2 times per battle
Range: 8 feet in front of Mie
If the target of the attack is of a rank greater than Mie, the duration of the effects of the attack is subtracted by 5 seconds for every level the opponent is greater than Mie.
Eternal Sailor Attack - Mie Hua Petal Blizzard!
Mie raises her arms up above her head and an unopened plum blossom bud appears between her hands. Moving her hands outwards, the bud explodes open and expels a thick flurry of plum blossom petals in all directions which start swirling around Mie. A thick blizzard of petals whirl around Mie, trapping anyone who is within a 10 feet radius of Mie in the storm. Those in the blizzard will have a hard time moving and seeing through the thick mass of petals. After 30 seconds, the blizzard dies down and all who had been caught in the storm would suffer the effects of slowness (similar to Mie's sailor attack) for half the duration of the petal blizzard.
- Usage: 1 time per battle
Range: 10 feet radius of Mie
The petal blizzard portion of the attack last for as long as Mie is standing in the same place where the attack was cast (for up to 30 seconds). If Mie moves from where she is standing, the blizzard will prematurely end and die down.
Whether or not Mie holds the blizzard for the full 30 seconds or ends it prematurely, the after effects of slowness will last for half the duration of the blizzard, however however long it is.
The attack does not differentiate between ally and enemy. If you caught in the storm, you are caught. The only person who is not affected by the attack is Mie.
This attack is rather draining, and although the fatigue does not kick in until a while after the attack is cast, Mie will need at least a full day of recovery or a visit to her asteroid before she will have the energy to perform the attack again.
