The Frozen Forest (Crimson Carnage Land)

Sighs softly and looks around at all of the people and the wolves around her "Ok then off we go everyone is welcome until they prove themselves untrustworthy." Starts the walk toward the cabin still in her human form so she can communicate easily with everyone else. "I hope you guys are hungry I made a ton of soup but if your interested in something else we can always take a deer or bear down later." Raises her voice "By the way the invite extends to those of you who are in hiding as well. You have my word that you will not be harmed."

Walks at a quick pace expecting the others to keep up and looks back to the lieutenant. "You know lieutenant even if you were dangerous I think I could manage." Grins mischievously

Zeta waited for her closest companions to come out, and took her son gently by his scruff when her brother passed him. She glanced at Astrila as he glued himself to her side, head down, before she lead him onward.

Kohja lead them after the group, his paranoia staying high after the mansion. It was probably okay if Zeta said it was now, but he still stayed in front of them. His brown eyes steely as they stayed ahead, unblinking; his ears flicked back to keep tabs on the three at his tail.

Weiryn walks over and picks up his weapons, puts away his pistol, and puts his rifle on his back. after doing that he follows Leiorchid. never said you couldn't manage ma'am he responds with a slight smile.

"Everyone keep your guard up there are alot of bears out here these days, i'm sure if we see one we can take it down but if your one on one that might be another story all together." Slides her hand hands into her coat pockets and picks up the pace glancing behind her occasionally to make sure everyone else is keeping up. "A few days ago I saw a few hunters back that way in the hills so it's best to always be on guard here, always." Bites her bottom lip and concentrates on her surroundings "There have been a few packs spotted not to far from here but i'm not sure they're normal wolves... or if they're like us." She wondered how much she should tell the others about this strange land incase she needed to use it for herself and these people were indeed untrustworthy. "If you have any questions or problems come to me immediately and i'll do my best to help you with the problem and find a solution. We're going to have to set some ground rules as well."

Then they All arrived at the cabin. The smell of the soup filled the air, rich, meaty, hearty, and delicious. The cabin was rather large with 10 bedrooms, a huge fire place in the living area, a large kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and several large freezers. She welcomed everyone into the house "Keep everything clean, be friendly toward me and one another, if you over step your boundaries you will be warned, if you do not respect me and each other you will be asked to leave and you won't be welcome on any of my land. Do I make myself clear?" She looked everyone over trying to read them, wanting to know if anyone had anything else in mind.
She had to keep everything in order and everyone in line. IF she were lucky maybe some of these people would join her, and want to stay here. It would be nice to have a family once again, a pack, a unit. A pack was life, trust, love, and survival. Everything must go according to plan.

Kohja may be a cautious male now, but he was still a male and the smell of food got to him. He perked up and his eyes got lighter as he looked attentively to the girl his sister had suggested was the leader -- and she certainly seemed to be -- hoping she would give the okay to eat or something. His nostrils flared to take in the scent, saliva beginning to increase between his jaws, and his stomach suddenly felt very empty.

Astrila's nerves came out, taking a step past his friend to look around timidly before asking, "Um, where's a bathroom?" He felt bad asking, like he was being demanding or something, but he was indoorsy and didn't want to go outside, like the others had told him to just do.

Lei gave a laugh and points to the stairs "ok There are several bathrooms upstairs you can toss your things in a room too. My bedroom is the master in the attic you guys can choose whatever rooms you want on the 2nd floor." Lei goes to the cabinet and takes out several bowls and then ladels soup into them. The rich smell of the soup fills the air and her tummy begins to rumble "I guess it's been a while since i've ate." lei hands out the bowls of soup and takes the biscuits out of the oven passing them out too. "Are any of you planning on staying long? I wouldn't mind the company if any of you like it here and wouldn't mind staying permanently. This place was meant to house alot of people and there are plenty of game near by hunting here wouldn't be a problem at all. The more of us there are the safer it would be as well, I for one am not keen on staying alone out here forever." She looks at them all individually feeding their faces and waits for a response hoping atleast half of them decide to stay.

Thank you for the food ma'am. If you wouldn't mind I would like to join your pack. I'm not to comfortable being alone much myself either.Weiryn responds.

Astrila waited for Zeta before heading for where he guessed the bathrooms were from what had been said.
Though she only accompanied him to the door before taking her son to an empty room to lay down and sleep as he napped. She was exhausted, and while she was timid around new people and new places, she was relieved to be somewhere that seemed safe for the first time in what seemed like forever.

Kohja went into the kitchen and got a bowl; a bowl he hardly needed, when he practically inhaled what was shared with him. "Thanks," he nodded to his new alpha, though he was surprised at how quickly he'd adjusted.

"You're welcome and of course you may join the others are welcome to as well i'll give them some time to think about it. Eat, Sleep, in the morning we start our watches, and scout the area. You must always watch over your land." She ate her soup quietly and then headed to her bathroom. She took a nice long hot bath and then crawled into her bed. She stayed aware even in her sleep. She liked the new people as far as she could tell. Some seemed very quiet though she wondered if that would change as she got to know them better.

after finishing his bowl of soup Weiryn rinses it out and goes and takes a quick shower. and changes into the clothes he was going to wear at night after he had been deployed. finding an empty room on the second floor he breaks down his rifle into its main parts and lays them on his pack. after that he slips his pistol under the pillow and crawls into the bed and falls into a combat sleep state ready to respond if anything happened.

Jumps from her bed immediately after hearing a loud crashing sound. She changes into wolf form halfway down the steps.

What the hell was that sound and who had made it? She automatically checks the doors and windows, all were locked, so apparently the loud noise had to have come from within.
