"I don't know. I don't remember where I'm from or my family," Kyrin said. Her tone was somehow empty yet glad that she doesn't remember certain things. "I grew up in the Arctic and learned magic from a dragon that lived there for the past 1000 years," she said.

"Cool. I hear the Arctic is pretty cold" he smiled "Its not everyday that a dragon teaches you how to do magic. I know from experience."

"Yeah, it's really cold up there. Only I don't feel cold nor heat anymore. Guess I'm used to it. As for the dragon as a teacher, it's pretty harsh trying to catch up to it while it's flying," Kyrin said, remembering how Freemier, her dragon teacher, made her run after him while he was flying.

Jay laughed "Yeah I remember when I was little I used to try and race Ling Ray, hes the dragon that lives up in the mountains, while he was flying. I got pretty fast but never managed to catch up all the way." he tilted his head and smiled slyly "Oopsy I wasnt supposed to tell the students about Ling Ray. Dont suppose you could keep that a secret could ya?"

"No problem, my lips are sealed. Oh yeah, don't tell anyone about the dragon that trained me okay? He'll get pissed if he finds out," Kyrin said with a slight giggle. Nasoru was still in her pocket and Kyrin looked at Jay. "Well, I've gotta go put my stuff in my dorm. Wanna give me a tour of this place later?" Kyrin said.

"Sure," Kyrin said. "Junta mi ijok," she muttered as wind picked her up and she flew towards her dorm, her bags and stuff following her.

Jay watched Kyrin head off towards the dorm area. He made a mental note to tell his mother about the new girl who already new more than the basics of magic. He sighed and went back to watching the clouds.

Kyrin quickly found Jay at the spot where she left him. She smiled and muttered, "Feri," and she soon slowly descended onto the ground. "I'm back," she said with a smile.
