the edward in my mind was way hottter than the edward in the movie, but at least they made the edwardin the movie look somewhat hawt.

Book Edward is better cause it allows you to use your imagination and make Edward look like who ever you want, with the criteria that the author gave you. Robert did i good job with bring some girls idea of Edward to life and hes a fine actor, he just wasnt what most girls saw in there dreams after reading about Edward Cullen.
I agree. I love how in the book you can imagine him the way you think he should be. true, he wasn't what some girls thought as Edward, but he was chosen out of 5,000 actors, and Catherine liked him best....who knows why, but actually I kinda like movie Edward...somewhat crying
The "book" Edward is way way way way better than the "movie" Edward!
But if u haven't read the book, well, the "movie" Edward is way way way better!
i'm just so glad that i read the whole saga before seeing the movie, lol.

there is no question that the edward in the book is 1000 times better than the edward in the movie. first of all, the movie added many unessary scenes and deleted many beautiful scenes from the book where edward showed his awesomeness, so its really hard to say that the edward in the movie is good or anything. second of all, robert pattinson is a terrible actor, throughout the whole movie, his expression looked like he had a stick stuck up his a**, i mean seriously!!! thats how bad of an actor he is. the point is: BOOK EDWARD IS 1000 TIMES BETTER THAN MOVIE EDWARD

i think both of the edwards are good. i agree that you can imagine in a book whatever you want that character to look like, but the movie is a good thing because you could get a different view from the book
