Accelerated regeneration: 'nuff said ,one of the factors that prevents him from dying of old age and allows him to replace parts that were destroyed, disembodied and vaporized for almost instantly,and neutralizes most if not all types poisons.

-The spear of longinus: unique to every angel, fallen or not .a missile pojectile weapon that explodes in a cross like form upon contact with its target
-blessed spirit/Cursed soul:enables him to strengthen(heal/Buff) an ally or weaken(Poison/Debuff) a foe.
-Spatial Strike: a close range single attack that rarely misses a target by disregarding the space between them and can attack large numbers of target in ones point of view.
-onslaught of the Fallen:summons his brethren to his area and plows forward the area damaging and if possible ,killing any unfortunate soul within its range.

Back-Story: Being trap in the 9 hells along with many of his kin ,he was automatically nominated by them as their leader ,since he was the only one who was a Kyriotēs or Lord Angel at that time.He instilled order to them and commanded them to find ways to harness this abundant mana in hopes of making a new portal home.They made multiple advances of their own and eventually found a way to halt their aging ,although they can be killed ,aging for them would not cause them death ,and it has given them enough time to flourish in their new home .For centuries they gave small bits of knowledge to the living creatures there hoping they would flourish on their own ,but the only mistake they made was giving the knowledge to control fire to the dragons which were only drakes at that time .Their affinity towards the element of fire was too great thus igniting their hunger for power and domination.after seeing this he ordered his kin to give the the knowledge of weaponry armed machinations towards the small race so they are able to protect themselves,but that alone was not enough. And so they're final most precious gift they could give was protection and magic. They were only able to keep it up for 2 millenniums and seeing that the once small creature were able to evolve quickly, they left ,leaving them one final speck of hope incase the an invasion from their "mistake" ,the blessing of infinite potential,the same blessing their creator granted them upon being born.thus they vanished and continued to observe the world they now reside in.
