The Orphaned WarriorKristopher curled up in the bed as Selene walked into the room. He was in deep sleep now, nothing could wake him now. For now, he will rest in peace.
Timeskip!!
Kristoph woke with a start, waking up from another nightmare. No matter where he went, this is the one horror he couldn't escape. Taking his headphones off, he walked to the kitchen. Back on the streets, it was his job to do all the cooking. So it was his routine to cook immediately after waking up. He searched through the pantry, and found all the right ingredients for French Toast. He clapped and smiled. "Well then, let's begin, Mik...."He turned, frowning as he realized that his pupil wasn't by his side. "Let's get this over with," He said, turning back to the stove.

 Selene Intarisha ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲ After a few hours of reading, when she was about halfway through the science book, Selene fell asleep on the couch. She would sleep peacefully for a while until the sound of someone in the kitchen made her suddenly wake up. Her eyes shot open and her whole body stiffened, a scared look on her face before she remembered inviting Kristopher to live in the dorm. That made her relax. She yawned and stretched, then sat up, peering over the back of the couch sleepily. She rubbed her eyes, then stood and walked into the kitchen. She just stood there for a minute, watching Kristopher with a slightly sleepy expression for a minute before softly mumbling, "G-good morning.." She yawned as she walked over to the table, sat down. She hadn't really gotten enough sleep, but that was normal.. ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲

The Orphaned WarriorKristopher almost dropped the frying pan as he heard a woman greet him good morning. He turned around only to find Selene sitting at the table, half asleep. "H-Hi, Selene. Had a good rest?" As soon as the question left his mouth, he blushed and turned back to his cooking. He clearly remembered all that happened last night, with the cafe, and the dinner, and the hug... He shook his head as he realized he was making such a big deal out of it. After all, he didn't like Selene like that... did he?{OoC: Sorry for the absence.... Just a lot of stuff happened, needed a break... probably gonna need a new one soon. Midterms coming up.}

Selene Intarisha ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲ Selene yawned and rubbed her eyes, then crossed her arms on the table. She dozed off for a moment, before jerking awake again with a start at the sound of Kristopher's voice. She nodded to answer his question and started to try to speak, but her words were interrupted by a large yawn that turned them into unintelligible mush. She really hadn't gotten nearly enough sleep, so it was only natural that she would be tired. She would most likely have some trouble staying awake for a little while.. She didn't notice that he had turned away. While she had tried to keep her eyes open, she had just closed her eyes for a moment.. And forgot to open them again. Her head dropped down to rest on her arms as she dozed off again. This was what happened when she took a nap after staying up for a few days. Her body got the idea that it could sleep and didn't want to wake up when she wanted to be awake. ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲

The Orphaned WarriorKristopher was finished with the French Toast after a while, and had enough time to straighten himself out. He brought the two plates over to the table. He set down the plate, then looked at Selene, soundly asleep. She looks so cute like this, Kristopher thought to himself, I don't want to wake her, but... Kris leaned over and brushed some of her hair that was in her face. She stirred, murmuring something, and Kristopher jerked his hand back. When he knew that she was asleep, Kris softly kissed her head, then walked over to the sofa to eat.{OoC: }

Selene Intarisha ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲ Selene stirred a little again when Kristopher kissed her forehead, but didn't quite wake up. Her eyes sort of flicked open slightly, only to shut again. She was too tired for her mind to register what had just happened. For a few more minutes, she would stay asleep until the smell of the french toast started making her stomach growl.. And then she would wake up. Kinda. She pushed herself off the table and yawned, then rubbed her eyes again in an effort to clear the sleep. She yawned again and stretched her arms over her head, then looked around tiredly as she placed her hands in her lap. The Orphaned WarriorKristopher was done with his food when he heard that Selene was waking up. As he walked back over to the table, he said, "You haven't touched your food yet?" He sat across from Selene, smiling. His smile disappeared when he saw that Selene was nodding off again. "You look like you didn't sleep a wink... Something bothering you?" He twirled his fork around, something he usually did whenever he thought about someone he worried about... and of course, Selene was one of them.{OoC: }

Selene Intarisha ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲ It took Selene only a few seconds to notice the plate in front of her. She looked vaguely surprised. She was still too tired to give more of a reaction, but she did move the plate so it was right in front of her. Her stomach was growling a little and she would have started eating right then, but Kristopher had started to talk. She was so focused on the food that she hadn't noticed him sit down. The sound of his voice made her jump, which resulted in the chair she was in tipping onto its back legs.. Then toppling over. "Kya!" For a minute, she stayed in the chair, staring up at the ceiling with wide eyes before she slowly pushed herself up on her elbows. If she hadn't been awake before, she certainly was now.. So she immediately noticed that that fall had given Kristopher a view of her underwear. Her face turned red as she quickly scrambled to her feet. "S-s-so-sorry!" She paused only long enough to apologize before running to the nearest bedroom, which wasn't her own, as fast as she could. She closed the door behind her, but failed to lock it as she made a beeline for the closet and hid there. She sat on the floor and hugged her knees to her chest, shaking slightly. How embarrassing.. That something so embarrassing had happened almost made her want to cry.. But on the plus side, she was definitely awake and not going to sleep again for a while. ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲ ((I am not sorry for this post. Nope. Not at all. XD Also.. All I will say is that practical, cute, and white are words that describe something Chris just saw.. And I forgot to change the quote thingy! I'm sorry!))

The Orphaned WarriorKristopher stopped talking when Selene jumped, and consequently fell over. "Selene~chan!!" Kris cried out, trying to catch Selene. It was unsuccessful, of course, seeing as the table was in the way. But when Kris caught an eyeful of Selene's underwear, his face looked very similar to a tomato. "S~Selene.... Uh..." His mind was racing, and he couldn't move. He knew that he wasn't supposed to see that.
Kris was about to apologize, when Selene bolted upwards like a rocket, apologized, and ran straight to the room she gave him for the night. "Selene, wait!" Kris ran into the room, and looked around. After realizing that she couldn't possibly be hiding under a bed that small, Kris went over to the closet. "Selene~chan... I know you're in there... Can we talk?"{OoC: Thanks for the heads up XD... And the name's "Tsukino Akuneko" now... So I didn't get the quote.}

Selene Intarisha ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲ Selene cringed when she heard Kristopher run into the room she had chosen to hide in. She hugged her knees tighter and hid her face in them, squeezing her eyes shut. She stiffened when she heard him talk outside the closer, saying that he knew she was there. She shook her head slightly in denial, even though he couldn't see.. Then edged closer to the back of the closet, trying to calm her rapid breathing. She was far too embarrassed to talk then, so she just stayed quiet and hoped he wouldn't look into the closet. Please please go away.. She could already feel her eyes filling with tears. She knew he was more likely to look into the closet before leaving. Such a scary thought.. She couldn't stop shaking. ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲ ((*coughs* Selene didn't give Chris a room... He sort of passed out in her room, remember? XD))

The Orphaned WarriorKristopher peeked into the closet, and saw Selene hugging her knees. "U-Um... Your pancakes are getting cold. You better come eat them." With that, Kristoph walked away, and went into the kitchen to clean the dishes. When he finished the pan, he saw his reflection. He was still blushing from before.... Which made him blush more.{OoC: I know... but he doesn't.}
