 [ DIAMOND ] Diamond looked to the scientist and hopped out of the tall grass, and as soon as the guy walked over with his Sentret Diamond took out the Pokeball that housed his new Pokemon. As Diamond opened it up the little rabbit came out and looked around, almost saying "What happened?" Diamond knelt down to introduce himself. Holding his hand out for Bunnebly to sniff, Diamond smiled up at the scientist. "I think its called a Bunnelby? That's what the Pokedex said." The Pokemon then nuzzled his hand as a sign that he accepted Diamond, much like Turtwig did. "I think I'll just call you Bee. Sounds catchier." The Bunnelby thought about it before bouncing happily. Diamond laughed and looked up at the scientist. "What do you think? It's not normally from here, is it?" I live for the αρρℓαυsℯ-ρℓαυsℯ, live for the αρρℓαυsℯ-ρℓαυsℯ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ( ♚ )SPEAKING THINKING Emir, as he had intended all along, went his own way. Together with Sen, he marched deeper into the route and tried to put as much distance between him and the other protagonists. Already he couldn’t muster the patience to deal with those children. With a small humph, the brunette glanced around at the grass trying to spot something wiggling around. “Sen can’t you smell anything? I don’t know how good your nose is but probably better than mine right?” she said softly, looking down at the water type that had been waiting by the trainer’s feet. At the question, he paused for a moment before lifting his nose in the air and taking a good sniff. Well s**t. Without a second thought the Oshawott bolted towards a nearby mass of trees and began growling up it having found his first opponent ever. Emir quickly followed wanting to see if he’d even found something to begin with.
Emir couldn’t really catch sight of anything when he looked up the tree. “You sure about this?” he asked his partner who only nodded and proceeded to try to scare the thing down to his level. It was worth a try. The teenager lifted a leg before giving the tree trunk a hard kick. Soon enough the startled cry of a Hoothoot ran out before the flying type dropped to the ground. Fluttering its wing, it gathered it thoughts before crying out indignantly at the pair. Sen tensed, facing the owl pokemon and glaring fiercely while awaiting orders. They never came. Emir had been busy fumbling around for an empty pokeball. Which he then…dropped on the unsuspecting HootHoot. “Aw s**t!” the girl managed watching the ball rock back and forth, helplessly. But then the ball stopped moving. To both Sen and Emir’s confusion.
It had been a successful catch. “SEN! Sen you did it. Or we did it? New team member!” the trainer babbled at the Oshawott before releasing the HootHoot, who remained very irritated at everything that had just occurred. “Sorry buddy. I’ll make it up to you alright?” the girl attempted, crouching down to look at the bird. There wasn’t really much the flying type could say or do now that it was captured. Though it had heard rumors once upon a time that humans tended to feed their pokemon treats and such. Curious of the mysterious foods she could offer, the HootHoot relented and look back at it’s trainer. “First I have to name you…” she added, pausing to examine the bird before checking her pokedex for its stats. “Do you like Wren?” the girl asked after mulling it over for a minute. The flying type hooted in acceptance before hoping near her new teammate. Grinning at their luck, the trainer beckoned the pair to follow him while they searched for more pokemon. Emir forgot that he had to look for rare pokemon.
Soon enough Sen managed to spy a Starly pecking around for a meal. Calling out the only attack move the Oshawott had, Emir watched as his started tackled relentless at the bird while it simply growled loudly trying to be intimidating. Wren perched herself on her new trainer’s shoulder watching quietly. Sen walked back proudly, having defeated the Starly before his trainer set her eyes on a new opponent. “You’re going great Sen.” She encouraged before setting him on a Scatterbug that was making its way through the grass. He only managed one attack before being covered by a glob of String Shot. While the water type rolled around quickly to clear it off, Emir sent out Wren. Having watched Sen’s previous match she waited for a command before executing a last Tackle eagerly. The Scatterbug was easily defeated. Emir patted his team happily. They were naturals at this kind of thing. With that the trio continued searching for their next opponents. Not much later, did Emir finally spot a Zigzagoon rolling around in flower patch. Pointing at Wren, she sent the owl to grab its attention before Emir shoved a hand into his bag for another pokeball. The zigzagoon didn’t seem affected by Wren’s intimidation tactics, which just involved flapping around above it and yelling something. In fact, the normal type only wagged its tail happily jumping at the Hoothoot ready to play. Emir took advantage of its distraction before throwing a pokeball at the wild. He waited, crossing his fingers anxiously. He really, really wanted one of these furry little rodents. They were terribly cute in pokemon amie and this one seemed so cute. Finally the pokeball stopped wiggling around, and he snatched it up before letting out his newest pokemon.
As the brunette watched the Zigzagoon stare at Sen and Wren, he began thinking up of a name. “I think Casimir is a nice name.” he explained, watching at the normal type turned excitedly towards him and began licking part of his shin. Cute pokemon was all he needed from this virtual reality. Cute pokemon equaled bliss after all.

"The Charmer" Current Location: Route 1 | Accompanied by: White, Sapphire, Calem, Crystal, Diamond | Mood: Calm | ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬  Either Yellow hadn't noticed herself, or the player was equally as polite as their character, but the blonde didn't seem to mind he had been lost in thought. Instead, she had revealed herself to be Meiko, before laughing what he assumed to be the lack of similarity with her character. His eyebrows had raised up when he had heard her real name, remembering the girl had also showed him she had brought her character's game as well. That actually made sense with how the game worked out when it came to protagonists. It made him start to think more about the cartidges he got to see, before he felt that tugging feeling.
Those distracting thoughts were pushed away, as Ruby noticed the blonde had turned around after he had asked her about Red. "I wouldn't worry about it too much then, Cole can handle his own. And I don't think we'll be leaving Route 1 anytime soon anyway, unless White runs off on her own again." He told her, trying to reassure the blonde it was nothing to worry about. The last part, he had said quietly, since the brown haired girl had made it clear they weren't supposed to be looking after her. It wasn't something he would easily comply to though, mostly because he didn't see anything wrong with doing so.
The rest of the dexholders "getting in White's way" would only serve as experience for the girl, depending on whether or not she could actually beat them. He wasn't the best battler on the outside world, but in this universe, he would be on par to at least Red's level, Gold's at the minimum. When the blonde had turned back to him, this time asking about his identity, he smiled. It was kinda funny sometimes how obvious answers can be when you're not looking for them. "It's Luke, we briefly met and compared games. Sorry if I ever go overboard with fussing over clothes, been having fun acting as Ruby."
The cries of his two Pokemon, had diverted his attention to the two, his eyebrows raising up in surprise, as he saw what they were doing. Both Pokemon looked like they were pushing each other, bits of grass here and there on their body. "Zuzu! Jett! I just brushed you guys! You'll have to excuse me." Ruby had said in a sort of panic, bowing apologetically, before he had ran towards the two Pokemon. His Mudkip and Starly were too focused on each other to actually notice their trainer heading towards them, and when Ruby had gotten there, nearby the three, some grass moved around. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Ooc: Got a fever now, feeling way too chilly. The scientist took a look at the Pokémon before him, and nodded. "That's right, this little guy isn't from here normally. Bunnelby are more found in Kalos." He gently lifted up one of the creature's feet and made note of the footprint. A quick sketch and the scientist was done. "Thanks! You've been quite helpful." Content with what had been found, the scientist called his Sentret back over. "If you're feeling ready, then maybe you can find some of the other Pokémon here, and add them to your team?" It wasn't a bad suggestion, and certainly having more Pokémon made for more diversity in strategy. "So, thank you again, Trainer. Maybe we'll meet again down the road?" the scientist said as he proceeded to head back to where his belongings were.

[ DIAMOND ] Diamond nodded to the scientist and his Sentret before going back into the grass, calling Bee over to his heel. The rabbit happily went over into the tall grass, his ears and eyes darting around to every little sound that it heard. Diamond couldn't help but smile as he watched it. Was this how Bunnelby usually were? Most likely just this one. After a couple minutes Bunnelby suddenly stopped short as it sniffed something out.
"What is it, boy?" Diamond asked as he watched its ears and nose twitch, its big eyes fixated in a specific direction. After a moment the Pokemon darted off into the grass and came back a split second later, holding something in its mouth. It took it out and held it in its hands as Diamond leaned down to look at it. "What have you got there, buddy?" OOC: My Party: Tru || Male || Level: 5 || Docile || Overgrow || HP: 120 || EXP: 6/15 || Tackle / Withdraw / ------- / ------- Bee || Male || Level: 4 || Jolly || Pickup || HP: 60 || EXP: 2/12 || Tackle / Agility / Leer / -------
