One of the few permanent bases of Twilight. It is located in the slums of Southden and unlike one may expect of a House, anyone can set foot in it. The Drunken Wallop merely serves as a front to attract a crowd of colorful individuals that will keep the sane, law-abiding people away.
On the surface,it looks like any other seedy tavern on the verge of collapsing on itself. The food is decent, the patrons not so much. However, it is said that courier will always find some sort of job here suffice to ask One-Eyed Tom and do as told without asking questions.
The real base is a mile underground and accessible through the kitchen. A large, unused furnace have a mechanism where a press of a button will reveal the entrance to a downward flight of stairs. However, the whole path is rigged with explosives that can be detonated anytime by either One-Eyed Tom or the inhabitants of the base.
