She radiates inner calm inhibiting drastic action and slowing down reaction times, while also stifling anger, relieving fear and lessening senses of urgency.( It can’t brain wash or make a person do something against their will. But it can calm down a group of screaming humans long enough to get business taken care of. )
Insinuate - By treating the supernatural as people, rather than monsters the she can upset and strain their foes, making it harder for the opponents to focus on subsequent attacks.( It’s kinda like having a really good reputation and it makes you less likely of a target. But at the same time the monsters will come to you when they are backed in a corner. )
Potent Blood- there is something about her blood that makes her heal just a little faster than normal. This also means if a vampire feeds off her, they will get more from her blood than other humans. It makes this power a double edge sword.
Amanda chuckled at the cat before closing and locking the door behind her. She quickly took off down the hall and headed for her car. 'Keep your eyes openwhen we get there.' She thought to Katrina. 'A person came up missing at the docks.' She added, not really saying a word but thinking everything. She took no time at all making it downstairs and to her car. She got into the little junker and took off.

Amanda led the way up to her apartment. It was very bit the mess she claimed it to be. She sighed as she waved a hand. "don't be shy.. nothing here will bite." She laugh since the cat might have if she was there. The first thing she did was head for the fridge and pulled out a few beers then went to the couch. "Get the door will ya? I don't need peepers watching me drink." She didn't sit on the sofa, instead she pulled one leg to her chest as she sat on the floor. "Oh.. " She suddenly remembered the blood and got back up. Quickly she went to the bathroom and watched up. They cut already was closing nicely. But just for show she put a bandage over it. After all she didn't seed him asking to many questions. Amanda came back and dropped back down to the floor. In her home, where no one was watching she let the harder exterior sofen as she a new back of cigarettes out and lit one up.

Luger P08 enhanced to be able to draw it's wielder's blood as ammunition, blood red runes along the barrel and on the grip. SS Dagger. All obfuscated to remain hidden from others. And a Telescopic Baton.
Heinrich walked into her apartment, he was prepared for a mess and that's what he saw. Still, he wouldn't draw any attention to it. It wasn't in him to be rude without reason. Closing the door behind him as she asked he went and sat down on the couch. It was fairly clear she was starting to relax and loosen up. If he played his cards right he could easily get information out of her, and a few beers would help. Still playing the part of the awkward guest, he decided to get a conversation going. "So how does your arm feel? Better?"
Disciplines:
-Can enhance his senses to razor edges, and with that can see in the dark. Vulnerable to over stimulation when used. -Capable of reading a person's aura to determine emotional state and supernatural type and influence. -Can read psychic imprints on objects and locations left behind by powerful emotion. -Telepathy allows him to read a person's mind and probe it for information, and can even send mental messages. However strong minds can resist the intrusion if they can notice it and line of sight must be kept at all times. -Mind Pulse, capable of extending his mind to his target's and sending a sort of mental pulse to cause pain and hindering the target's movement and ability. Can be resisted as Telepathy and causes a drain on his mental powers for a short time.
-Touch of Shadow, able to hide objects from the minds of others, causing their senses to ignore its existence. Meaning they will not see or feel the object. Certain powers can detect and counter this. Video is not affected and will capture the object regardless. Bringing attention to the item will unravel the power. Searching for the exact item can also unveil it. -His very nature as a Vampire is hidden, his aura appearing normal and his Predator's Taint being undetectable. Certain powers can see through this. -Cloak of Shadow, can hide himself from the minds of others, meaning they will not see him, they will hear no sound he makes unintentionally, and they will subconsciously move out of his way. Video cameras are unaffected, but a person viewing through a live feed is. Certain mental powers can detect and penetrate this power. Bringing attention to himself will break the power. -Able to disguise himself as someone else, but can only affect small groups at most. Certain powers can see through the disguise.
-By combining his mental extension and his disguise, he's capable of creating illusions. These are not real, but if a person believes they are they can cause psychic trauma unless the person knows without doubt they are false. It causes much greater drain on his mental reserves and can leave him drained and vulnerable if he isn't careful. Again, certain powers can see through this, or worse.
-Capable of moving far faster than normal, but rapidly drains his blood reserves and so is mostly used in bursts. His movement becomes a blur and most are unable to keep up.
-Coils of the Dragon allows him to use his blood more efficiently, to feed from even beasts, and to gain greater sustenance from feedings. He can better control his beast, and has managed to unlock a Coil to reduce the damage from fire, allowing him to heal far more easily.
-Mind of the Dragon, through constant study and strain, he has gained a perfect memory. In addition in the back of his mind he constantly compares the present to the past to guard against mind and memory tampering. Lastly he's able to set part of his mind side, making using his mental powers much harder, to suck in any kind of tampering.
-Ritualist, Heinrich is a master of rituals. these rituals can have nearly any affect one can think of, however the greater the affect the rarer the reagent must be. In addition to incantations in usually a dead language and magic circles of complex natures that must be exact. Possibly along with certain locations and times or events that it must be done under.

She looked to Frank and nodded. "A cold beer and cigarette always makes things better." She replied. "Take a seat or play some darts. I like hitting the vampire." It didn't take long for her to polish off the first beer. "So how do you normally unwind?" She asked leaning back against the wall. Her almost seemed like a deferent person, more relaxed and less guarded. Without her Harden police exterior she seemed liked an normal person.

Looking at the dart board he noticed the vampire picture was torn apart from all the use. "Have something against vampires? It looks like it's been there a while." Relaxing on her couch a little, he answered her questions and played the role of guest. "Hmm...well, normally I just watch TV or something. Not a very exciting life I know. But it's what you make of it I suppose." Heinrich decided to try reading her mind to uncover some information that she might not be willing to say.

"I hate everything about vampires. I hate the movies, books, and all that good stuff. I change the picture out about once a month or so. It just depends on how frustrated I am and how much free time I have to play darts." Amanda answered as she rattled the empty can into to her ear. She spoke honestly assuming that he would think she was talking about the normal vampire related things. In her mind she was cursing herself for letting the killer getaway. Already blaming herself for the next murder that might take place because of her messed up. But as he mentioned the picture of the vampire, she instantly cursed every last one of the bloodsucking fiends that walked the face the planet. Her hatred for them ran deep. Still inwardly she laughed at the fact that she seemed to be trusted by small handful. When really she was just as likely to kill them as she was to talk to them. "What about you, Mr. Frank? Do you like vampires?" She asked with a soft chuckle and a normal person would shrug or flaunt over the horrible sparkle-pyre genre that sprung forth with the twilight movies. To her is just another grotesque depiction the monster. And like most vampire movies over romanticized.

"Really? Why's that? They're just fictional monsters. I kinda like vampires. Something about a creature that defies physics and science is interesting. They gain all these great powers and everything, but then the gift becomes a curse, everything turns against them. It's just, interesting. Except for that Twilight stuff, I can't stand that crap." Heinrich was sure he told nothing valuable or incriminating. It was just casual and fairly reasoned points for why "Frank" liked vampires. Still, it would be interesting to see how she responded.
