Here Nebbia and i will be making custom Weapons. Pretty self explanatory right? Don't post here please! If you would like a custom weapon just post in the 'Need a Partner' forum! Also we are NOT proffiting off of this so dont think if you send us a trade that we will get right to you when there are three other people ahead of you waiting to get their requests filled.

Living on the streets most part of his life. It wasn't until his weapon powers were revealed that he started being a mayor threat at the streets. Meeting up with gangs and stealing from other people , he had managed to survive, but now being a weapon represented a higher risk for society. After being captured he was given the choice to be executed or be part of a rehabilitation program since he had not eaten any souls. The choice was clear.

Bio (Up to five sentences minimum):
Most of his life was spend on the streets being orphan. Growing up in a tough environment where only the strongest or the smartest would survive. Climbing his way to success he started his own gang and quickly, adopted the city's alleys as his own home. It wouldnt take him much to figure some districts as the palm of his hand. Yet after discovering his weapon powers at a late age, he was able to accept it and use it for its own profit.
After being captured he was reassigned on a Rehab program for him to become a weapon at shinigami sama's service.
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
+ Savage blitz
Charges with a devastating charge at the oponent, generating a small explosion in an area of impact which also may hurt the meister.
+ Reckless strike
A poweful strike, considered to be life risking. Once made the blade would not stop at nothing until striking. More over, if his Meister is to be hurst or paralized, the reckless strike will still perform at the expense or harming his meister. This doesn't mean his attacks are unavoidable, but rather, the meister canot be stunned or paralized while attacking. Still it may harm the user depending on how complex the situation or ailment is.
+ Last resort.
Similar to powerful strike, it wil rase the combat spirit of the user, yet due to being ihis ultimate techine, it will grant the meister termporaly invulnerability to any physical impairment. Blinding the Meister in undying rage, it will stop at nothing just as long as he keeps fighting. The duration of such technique will last as long as the meister wants it (tho its around 10 minutes the meister can interrup the technique anywhere between the first 10 minutes), yet be warned for it doesnt negate the damage the meister takes. And will have a backfire once the duration ends for the meister will suffer all the retaliation at once which may gravely injure him. It is a good technique to deal the final blow or to get away from a dangerous situation.

One of her greates dream was to become a doctor, yet once her weapon abilities had shown up she was transfered to death city for it would be dangerous for her to interact with people with no experience with weapons. Now she has to take a special course, to make up for it. Mostly studying in the Nurse office to continue with her dream. She's very passionate with her job and loves to help people around.
Abilities: (Up to 8 )
+ Galva Knuckle (Defibrillator strike)
Creates a distortion with her soul wavelength, which she projects to another spot. It's common use is as a defibrillator in emergency cases but it could be said this technique resembles that of a soul purge in nature but it's weaker in comparison. Boosted along through soul resonance it will match the power of a soul purge.
+ Raiden
Being a ballistic knife, her blades may be either tossed or used as projectiles, yet with this passive, every strike made with her blades will also generate discharges. The shock power of each discharge will depend on how powerful the bond with the meister is, but it's capped to be mostly a nuisance for the enemy's movement.
+ Lightning blade.
An advanced form of Raiden, it will sent a powerful slice, or projectile, followed by a powerful discharge (Around 3/4 the power of Galva Knuckle yet it drains more energy. It may link to other techniques)
+ Lightning Rod
An advanced passive where she draws back 1/3 of the static energy generated with her abilities to replentish her stamina. It is mostly a passive tool to sustain herself in battle. Also good to sustain herself when using Galva knuckle it returns 1/2 of the strike due to the proximity of the discharge. (This is only unlockable through training. Tho, completeing a Mission which involves combat will unlock this feature. Otherwise it would need around 50 Galva points. Each Galva Knuckle gives 1 Galva point)
+ Bring me back to life (Ultimate technique)
She may use the projectile blade to warp herself and the user to its location.

Upon the fall of Death City, Divine and Noira's corruptive wavelength invaded Death Vegas, nourishing the skyes with their corrosive souls, creating maelstorms in the newly created wasteland. With demons and evil witches running freely at the streets it was just a matter of time before the madness took over the city.
Inside the ruptured walls of such, there used to be a Zoo, in which civilians tended to visit and spent some time admiring the animals. This used to be the home of Ursar, or resently known by the gaming community which passed by as Volibear, due to the increasing number of players in the zone.
When the caos erupted, the demons attacked the Zoo as well, taking animals and civilians alike. Yet, Ursar was one of the very few who fought back. The desperate animal was no match for the demons but still gave his all with pride until his lights were taken of.
This happened the very same day Divine arrived the city.
It is said that a maelstorm was performed in order to welcome the new king of Death city.
As such, a giant thunder stroke with might the city announcing not only Divines arrival but the birth of a new legend. Followed by that storm was a Mighty roar which made the earth tremble.
This, Ursar or Volibear as called by the local gamers had been brought back from the death.
The desperate will to survive along with the madness infused by Divine's presence chained a reaction within the already departing soul of Ursar. The animal was given a chance to live once more and as survival being a primal instinct he took it.
Reborn as an embodiment of Divine's Madness manifestation, the beast subdued his killer with a stike of his powerful claws which generated a powerful self resonance which damaged his foe greatly. Afraid of what it didn't knew, the demon attempted to run away, but Volibear was two steps ahead of him, just as if it's fear empowered the polar bear, Volibear caught up with the demon in no time avenging his own life in the act while ending the demon's life.
After feeding himself from his opponent corpse he accidentally ingested its soul.
Feeling as if something called for him, volibear Ursar ran out from the zoo and into the streets. It is said that when Divine climbed the stairs to DWMA Volibear was the first being to witness his first steps into the hall form a distant building.
The reborn process not only did dote Ursar with a powerful strength and abilities but also a certain degree of consciousness. Ursar hated yet admired Divine at the same time. For only one who had lived in the wild, knows what it takes to strive for survival, to be chased as a pest and the value of fighting for what one wished for.
Nowadays every demon or witch avoid the abandoned zoo and the park at all cost. They walk cautiously when approaching the DWMA, for it is said that Ursar's hunting grounds. The local legends says that Ursar purges the land from the weak who are useless at the service of Divine.

+ Chosen of the storm
When the user is runing out of strength, Ursar shares his power revitalizing the user for a brief period of time enought to continue the battle or flee.
+ Rolling Thunder
When enemies within a 3 yards ratio are infected by fear or attempt to flea Volibear instincts trigger up increasin the user speed and stamina to give pursue.
+ Frenzy
Once the claws hit an enemies, Volibear increases the user attack speed and every few attacks it would land bonus damage.
+ Majestic Roar
By hitting the gauntlets with one another it would develope a shockwave that would trigger Ursar's roar, stunning incoming targets or slowing fleeing targets within a 4ft ratio.
+ Thunder Claws
Through soul resonance Ursar charges the gauntlets with the element of thunder, dealing additional damage. The discharge may bounce to nearby enemies or allies if the meister is unable to control Ursar's rage. Use with caution.
Personality:
He is simple minded, proud and cautious as a hunter. A unique form of weapon created as nature's response to Divine's madness. Able to even talk trough a soul channel, thus anyone with soul perception should be able to hear him. He wishes for the day to challenge divine to a duel in hopes to find the meaning of his birth.
