"How did you gents sleep last night?"
Ironclaw dropped out of the tree and decided in a fashion one might call curiously slow considering he was falling. He held in his hand a ripe red apple, with his bag over his shoulder. A couple more apples were palmed in other hand, he moved toward the pair a grin already on his face. "These will make a tasty addition to the meal if you care to have one I don't mind sharing. "
He seemed refreshed and there was a slight bounce to his step.

((I actually can't really remember. I know what I wanted to do, but can't remember where we are or where where we are going is...))
"On the ground.In a forest." Ganner said. "Where's a soft bed and a warm maiden when you need one?" He held up a hand. "Toss one of those here, would you."

((I think we were headed to a town near a mine or something. I have to go back and reread. Man it's been a while.))
Alister took one of the apples and thanked him. Although it wasn't a hearty meal, it was something for the stomach and to travel on an empty stomach would prove a mistake. He pulled out his water skin and gulped down to quench his thirst. He held it out wondering if the others required any refreshment. The morning sun was still low, but enough light poured through the area. There was still morning dew on the blades of grass, but not wet. It was a new day. Alister had woken a bit earlier to make his invocations to his diety praying for success and safety in their travels.
He began packing his things and was soon ready to hit the road. "So shall we go lads? The day is calling."

Ironclaw laughed heartily at Ganner's words, "I would agree, few things could prove better." Then he tossed him the apple his smile stretched particularly wide. His joyous gaze would turn toward Alister, "Indeed my friend, many miles are still stretched before us. I long for us to reach Garriston that I might find chance to truly stretch my legs in the battles that await our attentions."
