I will admit that my member recruitment has not been that fantastic. I try to post often in the guild forum to advertise my guild, but it doesn't seem to work. Maybe my page isn't attractive? Maybe my story isn't interesting? I'm unsure. Rate this please so I can know where to fix it!

Well, in the past I have done random invites. I look through forums for literate posters and invite them. Sometimes people get angry, but Ive met some really great rpers that way, and some have become good friends.
Another idea is to affiliate with other guilds, and see if that boosts awareness. Also, on the main page, break up the information a bit better. People are lazy, and sometimes won't actually read it all. Add lines or better breaks.
