CHRONO
Chrono had seen enough, it was time for him to interfere once again. His gaze had fallen on a city were there was much going on, power flowed through the streets and many with gifts had been born into the world there. His gaze had fallen on a power plant were many clashed, normally he wouldn't step into such a trifling matter but this time he saw things he could not over look. A women was threatened and a few of those with powers had made themselves known, he was interested and time itself was now stopped.
"Hmm these fools use far too much violence, perhaps they should be taught a lesson." he said in a calm manner as he walked through the power plant with an angry pit-bull he had acquired from a dog fighting ring in the city on a leash, it was hard to control the beast but the comedic value would be worth it. He smiled calmly and knelt down next to the women they were assaulting before putting on his mask and placing a hand on the women as he returned to the normal time stream.
"Don't fear young lady, I've brought them a b***h to play with." he said as he released the angry dog and left the time line again this time holding the women's hand, "As long as you hold my hand you are in a different time line then them." he said as he removed his jacket turning it inside out and letting it slide down his arm that held her hand so she could put it one without letting go of his hand. "Let us get you out of here while they deal with the b***h I left them, I will return and defeat them once you are safe."
In the normal time line the angry dog was now in the place of the nearly nude women and the man who had been there only for a moment was gone.
