Anyone who would even WANT Horse Armor in Oblivion should be cut down on sight.

Absolutely has to be the Shivering Isles, for no better reason than Sheoggorath. biggrin Here I am at these crossroads again, wondering what will ever become of me. And now and then I'll take one on the chin, because I wear my heart upon my sleeve. I've failed in life and I've failed in love, but one thing makes me rise above. So I sing, to let me know what's real... and I sing, to teach me how to feel...

Todd joked during the Game Informer Show Podcast that even if they don't have horse's that they would still make some Horse Armor, you know to just sit on the ground and be useless.

ಠ_ಠWhat a waste of DLC. They should have made something more epic, like a Vampire Kingdom, or maybe a chance to revisit one of the citys and/or area's of Morrowind.

I'm fairly certain that he was just joking around, they learned from their last mistake.

"Of course, Shivering Isles. But, Big Head was my favorite character (Sorry Sheogorath.) "You bring the Fork! Happy day! The blind shall see! The lame shall walk! The short shall tall! Forks for all!""

Without a doubt Shivering Isles. The Prince was amazing. The things he'd say to me would always make me laugh, even though he was threatening me!
