"I believe that a portal has been opened by a student," Raine replied, listening to the trees as they whispered around her, "I could close it, it would kill me; my bond's too weak to move from this area for now. Georgia is looking for students and staff to help lead the invasion through the portal to close it from the other side."

"Hmmn, odd. Normally a student isn't able to do that. I'm going to have a look around the campus to make sure that no creatures get near. I'll talk to you later Raine. Kirarra lets go." Kirarra jumped on meg's shoulder and Meg runs back towards the school. A small smile is on her face, there might be some excitement.

Raine smiled to herself, then went back to meditating. Her weak link wouldn't fix itself, and if she wanted to be able to work again, she'd need to fix it soon.
