Did anybody else read the "The League" series?
I actually liked it and couldn't put it down. Yet another way I can relate to Sherrilyn Kenyon.
The ways we are alike:
1. Anime fan
2. Writes Urban Fantasy (modern day vamps, etc)
3. Writes w/very open mind and unique sense of humor (ex: gay couples; sarcasm; etc)
4. Writes Science-Fiction that is easy to read, realistic and believable, and more about the relationships than the science. Also sets it in a world not too different from our own (aside from the different planets, space ships, etc.)
Now, the only thing she hasn't done that I'm working on is a Fantasy Epic. In addition to my Urban Fantasy series and sci-fi series, I'm also working on a fantasy trilogy.
Sherrilyn Kenyon is definitely my idol and goal! I plan to be a part of the same conventions when my books are published... hopefully within the next ten years! Keep your eyes open for my stuff. I might work "Azaveil" into my name somehow, since I use it on all my sites.
