It looks alright but I'm not really exited about someone other than Robert Englund playing Freddy.

Only thing I have to say is this THEY BETTER NOT SCREW THIS UP!!!!!!!!!!
The new guy playing Freddy has some big shoes, glove and burned skin to fill.

While I'm confident that the actor who brought us Rorshach will do his best to try and be a terrifying character, I'm not to sold on the rest of the cast. A bunch of teen soap-opera stars filling the shoes of Heather Langenkamp and Johnny Depp. Wes Craven isn't even involved with this project and that just spells doom for it.

Plus the guy that plays the new Freddy looks like Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter. At least when Robert played Freddy he looked like a human not a snake. The New Freddy trying To Scare The New Nancy

I was a bit pessimistic when I first heard they were doing a new one... As I really like the original.... And they do seem to be doing that a lot, remaking or redeveloping older films....
Anyway after watching it I really liked it and have re watched many times, not a film for the sqeamish.... That's for sure...
