I can listen to just about anything, depending on what mood I'm in. Lately I've been listening to the True Blood soundtrack.

Electronica (including many of its subgenres), Intelligent Rap, Acoustic Metal, Industrial, Folk Rock, Classical. I like a bunch of music from all parts of the world. A little from Niyaz, Lumsk, Ravi Shankar, Diskreetse Mango Trio, Susumu Hirasawa and others.

I'm not Buddhist, however. I just have an interest in it. wink

I'm very big into Synthpop (Jefree Star, Crush Crush, and Bambee being my favorites) and CandyPop (Aqua and Toybox). I love showtunes (Current favorites being the Fidler and Guys and Dolls soundtracks, though anything with Patti LuPone makes my heart sing) but other than that I'm pretty meh.

Angus & Julia Stone [folk-y alternative-y]
Yann Tiersen [Composer, Amelie; Goodbye Lenin!]
Vanessa Carlton
Tool/A Perfect Circle/Puscifer
Incubus
Stars
The Beatles
Cat Empire
Xavier Rudd
Bob Marley
One Republic
John Butler Trio [If anyone likes acoustic guitar music, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VAkOhXIsI0 It will make your heart race.]
Sam Roberts
Mogwai
Rage Against the Machine,
and

SHPONGLE! [This is a very bizarre, very neat duo. It's like... you just have to listen to it. There's no describing.]

Yann Tiersen is awesome! =D
I need to get an album of her's eventually.

I used to be heavily into psytrance, but lately it's just been too repetitive for me. Or I don't like how they make that strange gurgling mechanical sound, like blowing into a fan. Heh.
There's this one song by some psytrance artist I really like though. It's Aranyanyara done by Entheogenic. It's beautiful and awesome.
I suggest you check it out. 3nodding

I just felt like posting this:
http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/348004

I can't seem to stop listening to it.

It's an arrangement I did. I find it quite peaceful (I've meditated while listening to it... well, not really listening, but you get the point. It was on in the background.)

I like a lot of different kinds of music, though most of what I listen to is pop and techno along with some rock. In the pop category I include j-pop and k-pop. However, I also like classical, native american flute music, new age music, and a few other kinds of music as well. Some of my favorite artists are Michelle Branch, Vanessa Carlton, Tune-Up!, Nami Tamaki, UVERworld, Caramell, Cascada, Namie Amuro, BoA Kwon, Younha, Avril Lavigne, Kate Voegele, and many others.
