{{Awesome posts, Victoria!!! biggrin }}
Lin was immediately wary of the room when Dymetri opened the door and she got a good look inside. It was dark, something that she hated, and it was filled with mirrors. There had to be a reason for that, and she felt a darkness in the room, not just in its appearance. It wasn't a darkness that drained her because it didn't feel that powerful. It simply felt ancient and still.
She should have backed out, she knew it. But her curiosity was killing her. She always wanted to discover things and know more about the world. She started looking around the room curiously for a few minutes before Dymetri called her over to him.
When Dymetri pointed out a mirror that did not have a reflection in it but an image of a girl, Lin gasped and raised her hand. Something in the back of her mind was screaming at her. She knew about these kind of mirrors. She knew she had studied something about them, but for the life of her, she could not remember the specifics!! She could always recall information so easily, but this was escaping her. The enchanting woman was distracting her with her beauty, and the lack of a reflection also captured Lin's attention. With her brain being pulled in so many different directions, it wasn't surprising that she couldn't remember some random facts about a mirror.
She barely had to have Dymetri's help to put her hand up toward the mirror because she was doing most of it herself. Suddenly, though, she heard Dymetri shout out 'do not!' and she turned to look at him in alarm.
"Dymetri?? What's..."
Before she could finish, she felt a shove from behind her. She put her hands up to brace herself against the mirror and to keep from crashing into it, but instead of feeling the cool glass, she felt air. Cold, stale air.
She gasped and fell to the ground on her hands and knees. Who had moved the mirror suddenly?
Lin sighed softly and started to stand up. Then, she turned to look at Dymetri. Instead of seeing just Dymetri, though, she saw a frame around him. She saw a frame around him, a girl, and a pane of glass in front of them. Around the frame? Nothing... Absolutely nothing.
Lin swung her head around desperately, looking for the door out of this room. She really didn't want to be here anymore. But as she looked around, she realized that the only the around her was blackness, nothing else. She quickly looked back at Dymetri and the woman and got a sinking sensation. That woman looked very familiar, just like the one who had been on the other side of the...
Lin gasped and ran forward. But just as she thought, the glass stopped her from moving any further. She pounded on it, but it wouldn't break. It wouldn't even crack.
"Oh no... Oh no, PLEASE! It's an enchanted mirror! No, please!!! Get me out of here! Dymetri!"
Terror filled her eyes.

((I got off immediately last night and then I just got on tonight (: thanks for sending the PM or I wouldn't have known lol sorry I didn't do the same :c crap I hate roleplaying my characters with more of my characters but =| ))
He wasn't able to be polite with the woman. He felt himself redden, from desperation or anger or both, he didn't know. It'd been years, so many years, since he felt himself become so hotheaded. Dymetri broke eye contact with her and looked into the mirror, at Lin. Tears streamed down his face. "Lin, Lin I'm so sorry.."
It was his fault. He lost control. It was the vermin within him that beckoned her over. It wasn't him, but, at the same time, it was. It ********. ********. ********!" he screamed, almost thrashing himself against the woman, as if murdering her will bring back Lin. But he could switch her back. He turned to the woman with a fierceness in his eyes and lunged for her, seizing her by the arms.
-----
She anticipated his obvious attack. Everything seemed to move more slowly, probably due to all the time trapped in the mirror. When his hands grasped her arms, her neck was already covered in white fur. Her face morphed into a wolf's, snarled and with eyes blood red.
Get your filthy hands off me, I'm never returning to that prison!
Her head lurched forward, snapping into Dymetri's shoulder.
-----
His hands unhinged themselves from her arms and tried to pry the wolf's mouth from his shoulder. "Ack! s**t!" Balls of flame burst from the palms of his hands and whimpering was heard from the wolf as it let go.
-----
That a*****e. She snarled at him ferociously before leaping to the door that brought Dymetri and Lin there in the first place. She disappeared through the door.
-----
Dymetri thought about chasing after the damned creature, but took another look into the mirror. It looked so lonely in there. Lin. He touched his stinging shoulder and looked to find blood. A lot of it. There were still a bit of tears in his desperate eyes and he looked at Lin longingly. "I'm going to get you out of there," he whispered. Then louder, in a raspy scream, "I'm getting you out of there!" His blood was trickling onto the floor. He needed to get help. What would be his story? Dymetri's tears mixed with the blood on the floor, making a small pool around him. "I love you," he mouthed to her. Then he got to work; spells, enchantments to keep the room safe, to have Dymetri be able to find his way back into this room.
He was flying solo, and now he needed help. So much help for different things. His body disintegrated into a hazy mist and he glided his way through the school until he found the nurse. She was sleeping, of course. Keyword: was.

{{You're welcome! biggrin }}
Lin was nearly shaking she was so scared. She could barely hear anything on the other end of the mirror. It was as if she was under water and she was trying to hear something above the surface. It was nearly impossible.
When Dymetri looked at her with tears streaming down his face, her heart broke. She knew that feeling. She knew what it felt like to what your love be lost to you, seemingly forever. You didn't want to give up at all, you didn't want to accept it, but the gut-wrenching sensation of watching your loved one be taken from you so suddenly is always present, gnawing at you. She never wanted Dymetri to feel that.
She put her hand on the glass, wishing she could hug Dymetri, hold him. But she knew she couldn't, and she didn't want him to try and reach up to the glass because they'd be switched. She never wanted him to be trapped in here.
Lin saw Dymetri lash out at the woman, and even though she normally wouldn't approve of it, she wanted Dymetri to win. She wanted out of here! Obviously the woman had been trapped in here for a reason. She had to be evil! Lin shouldn't be in here in her place.
She winced and cried out when Dymetri was bitten by the woman, who had transformed into a wolf. Then, she saw Dymetri form fire in his hands and get the wolf off of him.
When he looked at her again, she saw his gushing wound and prayed he'd go to the infirmary. At the same time, though, she didn't want him to leave her. She was so lost. There was no sound or light on this side of the mirror.
She saw Dymetri rush out after casting many spells in the room. She knew that meant he was coming back for her, but she was already feeling the loss of him being gone.
There was no light on this side of the mirror. She couldn't hear any birds singing or animals scurrying about. There was nothing green on this side!! She needed green, living things around her.
She slowly sunk down to the ground, already feeling her energy and life being drained. Her pendant glowed, but it could not protect her.

Düthmér Ingeitum – Grumpy dwarf Get me some coffee. I got a contraption to build.
Along with the dawn, Düthmér rose early. Partly because of the quiet, partly because it was when he had his best inspiration. For once, he simply hadn't gone to sleep as it had been near light when he had reached his workshop once more. It was sparse, little more than a closet that had been taken over and refurbished to suit his needs. There was a workbench that spanned from one wall the the other, a window sitting halfway along the wall it was sat against. Most of it's eight feet in length was cluttered with his projects, from the successful waiting to be shipped back to his own kind as well as the complete failures waiting for the necessary changes to become safe at least.
Dropping the large dead bolt lock into place, Düthmér dropped the sack containing the parts of his magic cannon next to the bench and rubbed his eyes out of tiredness and frustration. He could feel an idea rumbling about in his head, but so far he had been unable to work it out or even get more than a glimpse of it. With a frustrated sigh, he dumped the cannon onto the bench and simply watched as bits and pieces rolled about with the sudden jolt. And there it was. The belt wheel and the gears had rolled next to the combustion chamber of the cannon. A wolfish grin crept on his face as the implications wheeled through his head. This was going to need a lot more parts, not all of them easy to get. There was that one component that had had ran out of that would be vital to the completion of it. But that was one of the reasons why he had picked here to study. It had a large supply of the gems needed for the runes he would need to use. But for that, required a trip to the catacombs below the school. Mjölner and Ragnarök would be seeing some action once more. Picking up the now empty sack, Düthmér left his workshop and made his way to the basement to prepare.
