I do a lot of photo manipulation and post processing work and it doesn't seem we really have a thread for anything like that, so I thought I'd better make one or I won't be able to find "homes" for much of my work. Hope you don't mind too much, Brian!!

I made a Tiger for my Lyssa. Photograph was taken by my beau, but we share stuff, so I have his blessing to call this piece "mine". Post Processing done in Photoshop CS2.

It's fine by me. Anything you feel we need I don't mind if you add it. You can always ask in the smoking room also if you want, but either way it gets done.
That tiger is amazing! Any chance of getting a picture of the original so we can see the transition?

Sure thing. smile I like seeing transitions too. So I'm posting Dan's original Tiger pic (His Gaia ID is norby_the_geek just for the record) and my tinkering final effect, again, just so you can see them side by side. Edit: OOPS!! Dan USUALLY uses underscores for his user name, but didn't on Gaia... So his user is actually NorbyTheGeek. I'm a dork. Before: After:

I love the alterations hon. What plug-in did you use for the ripple effect?

Some Black-Eyed Susan's that I didn't manage to kill from this summer. Shot thru my deck rails to try and make the composition a bit more interesting. Oh, and Lyss... Filters... I don't know. I use a lot, but the main effect on the Tyger is a Photoshop filter called Fractalius.

That is absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't mind having that hanging on my wall.. or better yet, I wouldn't mind having that creepy little house in the woods. That would be awesome.
