I'm fairly new to this, so my opinion isnt the best. But here it is. Take her somewhere where you know she would have fun from experience (if its the first date then you're outta luck unless the've been a friend for years). After that, you take her somewhere to get him/ her to where him/ her can learn a little more about you.

For Christmas, I took my boyfriend on a date. I payed for dinner. That and a walk out in a park I think would be awesome. I have always wanted to have a midnight picknick in the grass, then you can star gaze, though that might be a bit romantic for a first date...

If there is a mountain near by with some sweet rocks, and you know how to rock climb or repel..do that cause it's wicked sweet.

Just playing. It does sound like fun though. I like nature too. My boyfriend and I are going to the park and the soon in a few weeks...I can't wait!
