He turned around and, in response to her question, pulled her shirt towards him a bit and said,
"Because for one, cloth hurts a lot less than leather and as to why im going to run out of money, so long as you need something, im going to buy it whether I want to or not"
And with this, he turned around and continued walking

She blushed slightly at the tug on her already tight shirt, and shivered as he spoke to her, his words warm and inviting...still.
The second he let go and began to walk she followed, silent and now lost in thought.
