Bio: Skylar was raised by her father who was a fairy that's why she has fairy wings. She constantly wants to fly around. When she was little her mother, Stormie Rae alwys told her about Domania. One day however her mom disapeared and her father ws depressed for the next 10 years of his life till he passed on. Skylar acts optimistic when she needs to be and serious. She acts alot like her mom.
