A distant relative of the Griffin, Hippogriffs are rare and fascinating creatures. Discuss here these fascinating beasts.

I once had a hippogriff as a mount. I hate broms so i was trying out different ways to fly, but he had to gain trust with everyone, which was hard at public gatherings, beautiful animal but I think he is happy with the wild herd i freed him into. I got Wendy soon after.

Hippogriffs are truly fascinating! I once saw a wild one in a forest near my hometown, it looked so elegant, proud and strong. Once they've gained trust they're gentle and friendly but if they havn't they're ferocious! This need to gain trust with all people makes me very curious about their history. Any ideas about it?
((OOC: ok, so i was trying to 'activate' the guild again...))

((ooc:Thank you)) I haven't looked into it, but I would think maybe because both species with in it can be tamed by humans for our purposes, but they are both very wild creatures. Horses have a higher archy, one is the leader, out of respect they others follow, maybe thats why you must show respect and no fear to tame them.Takes a lot of patience and knowledge about them to handle them. But if you can make friends you are in for a wild ride and a true friend.
