As you walk the streets of Diagon Alley, carefully avoiding the dodgy witches and wizards coming out of Knockturn Alley, you pass by Gringotts Wizarding Bank and vaguely notice the shining lights and banners of Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes right next to the Magical Menagerie. Your eyes then find a very skinny shop wedged right in between The Magical Menagerie and Gringotts.

Curiously enough, as you continue to watch this skinny looking and very small shop, the building seems to enlarge. You continue to watch and a sign grows larger and larger until you can finally make out the words, "Twycross and Alexander's Definite Detection, Destruction, and Defense Against the Dark Arts".

You draw closer and as you gravitate towards the shop, you become aware of very ornate and fantastic decorations all around the windows and doors. As you strain to peer through the windows to get a better look, the windows seem to darken more and more. One of the darkened windows suddenly glows ever so slightly with some words.


"Come inside to learn more."

You head forwards and place your hand on the very beautiful, gold-encrusted doorknob and turn it slowly before entering.

((Welcome to the shop. Here is a place where you can find all sorts of research on the Wizarding World. Here you'll find everything related to Harry Potter. Feel free to sit back, relax, and just have fun.

Donations are extremely welcomed. We will use all donations to open up tons of subforums. We already have a Potions Cache, a Magical Creature's Corner, a Charms area devoted specifically to Dark Arts Detection, Destruction, and Defense-- more specifically involving the Patronus Charm. We also plan to open up many different subforums where we may see the studies and travels of many other famous witches and wizards, some possibly even local. We have a Muggle corner and a History of Magic corner. Just remember, all donations to the Guild will be referred to as Galleons, Sickles, and Knuts.

Contests and other fun things will be created as well in order to make it worthwhile for everyone who joins. Let's keep the magic of J.K. Rowling alive even though the Harry Potter books have been completed.

Ideas are appreciated and very welcomed here. Kick back relax, and enjoy a book on The Moste Terrible Dragons of Englande, or practice the power of your Patronus Charm on one of our Boggarts. Take a swig of an Elixir to Induce Euphoria, or gulp down some Gillyweed and test your strength in our Grindylow attacks. Just remember, we are not responsible for serious injuries that may occur while you are here. You choose to enter, afterall, and that is enough to form a magical contract the moment you turned the doorknob.))
