When you fish, the strongest type of trash that you catch is the can.
All you need is bait and a fishing rod to start fishing. 3nodding

Towns is the best place for cans, because 1) they're free (don't have to buy bait) and 2) there are more of them.
In answer to what is better trash, I would say cans and bugs! I avoid paper trash myself.
Does everyone have a trading pass? You can't really do anything without one. Until you pay the 500g to buy one, you should probably stay in the games section until you earn the money. But after you get one you can SELL your trash. smile
Definitely get a trading pass asap.
