Nekoyasha_Skiiy ((I need an Aes Sedai...but everyone I post at disappears slowly...I'm going to gradually kill off this guild with my bad luck.)) ((You and me both. The killing the guild part. Ive noticed that everytime I enter an RP s**t starts...then there is hardly ever a break between different struggles. Usually its all plot related, but I almost lost my fav guild a while back...o_O Oh well. ^_^ I'm sure this place will last long enough.))

Nekoyasha_Skiiy ((Bonding the Mistress of Novices to the Master-at-Arms? Not a good idea, especially if they both go, I'd prefer Katerine anyways, I can't stand being stuck hanging around the tower much longer anyways, and Skiiy is a bit impulsive too sometimes...)) ((Ah, if Katerine bonded you, I doubt you would be in the Tower very often unless the Amyrlin ordered her to stay. Katerine has always spent more time out of the Tower than in it. If you would like them to meet though, just go ahead and rp with me. ^_^)) After two hours of flipping through the book and finding no answers saw to a rather irritated mood. Katerine snapped the book shut with a huff and put it back on the shelf. She looked down the book bindings, but no other one came to mind that could possibly help her. I'll have to go down to the Library. I don't know how likely it will be that I will find the symbol. It is worth a try though.Truthfully though, Katerine really didn't feel like going to the Library or to see what was going on with her attacker. Staying in her room though wasn't much better of choice though. After a few more apprehenisve looks to her book shelf, she shrugged her shoulders and moved toward the door. Grabbing her midnight blue cloak, Katerine hooked it over her arm and walked toward Vancelle's room. Knowing that her friend wanted to talk, Katerine had half a mind to ask her to join her for a walk and they could talk then. Vancelle was not in her room though, but Katerine just accounted that to her new position. I could never do that. Too much organization and I would be confined to the Tower. Vancelle though is perfect. Always tidy and collected. Well when it doesn't involve me. I always ruffle her feathers.A thoughtful smile crossed her face at that thought and put her in a good mood. Walking down the stairs, Katerine made her way through the various gardens. Eventually though, she found herself at the Warder's Training Yard. Most of the students were already done for the day, but the older warders were there. It was interesting to watch the students, but Katerine took enjoyment in watching the ones already named warders. She liked to enteraintain the thought that if they could be that graceful with a sword, they should be able to dance marvelously. Katerine also liked this time because most of the other Aes Sedai and the Accepted where not standing around. All of them wanted to see the newest faces and mark them during training. Katerine on the other hand didn't really care. She really wanted someone who was already experienced and knew a few things about the world. If she bonded someone who didn't know that much of the world, it would be insufferable. She had traveled all of the world and it would be horribly painstaking to teach her warder everything he needed to know about traveling. Deciding that she would sit there and watch the men for a while, Katerine searched for a bench and sat down. At times her eyes wandered from the men to her surroundings, but she paid attention to the men most of the time. After a while, a far away look grew on her face as she considered each of the men in her mind. The only time the look changed was when she noticed a new warder had entered the sparring. Anyone who wasn't sparring or talking to one of the other warders could easily pass by Katerine without notice in her current state.

Sitting on his bed some time later, Kakashi was grumbling with himself. Twice now he had gotten himself lost before realizing that he was even going anywhere. These dreams were starting to get the better of him and he didnt like it. But he wasnt sure he wanted to go to an Aes Sedai to ask about them either. They may think he was mad. People did that when encountering strange things; assumed you were mad. Well he wasnt insane, he knew that, but then again he had been told once that the insane don't even know that they are insane. That thought just made him grumble even more as well as make him fall to the bed with a heavy sigh. "Stupid dreams. Bloody stupid wolves! To the Pit with those bloody dreams."

Skiiy almost decides to return to his patrol, but in the end, he decides that enough of it had gotten done. There were other patrol groups out anyways, and they could do a good enough job. He would definitely have to find someone to fill the position of Captain of the Guard soon, but he didn't know anyone he could really trust with it who would take the job. The older warders were needed for their various tasks, such as guarding the Amyrlin, and he hadn't known the younger ones long enough. He sighs as he heads back down to the training yard. He hadn't done a bit of practicing all day, and he did need to keep in top form, or else the younger ones might see him slacking and think it's okay for them to do it too.
As he reaches the yard, he notices how late it is, for night was descending, and the other warders were leaving to attend to various tasks. However, Skiiy didn't mind, it would give him more room to move around. He lights up various torches around the field to give himself a little more light, and then strips off his shirt, laying it down off to the side along with his special sheathe, leaving him with just his gunblade. He begins to go through the basic motions that he himself had adapted, for wielding a gunblade could be very different from using a normal sword. However, he skips the forms that involved firing, for he had no bullets left here, and he could do just as well without them.
Soon, he is working up into the harder forms, moving around the field quickly like a whirlwind set aflame, and the rest of the world becomes inconsequential to him. However, every once in a while, his vision would fall in one spot, a lone Aes Sedai watching him and the few other warders still out there. He knows how wrong it is to show off, but he can't help but give a performance when he feels the eyes of the crowd upon himself. He begins to work more vigorously, the air flows around him as he moves it aside with his energy, and he moves into a blur of deadly speed across the yard, enjoying the pure bliss of the moment, the pinnacle of his deadly art.

As the sun started to go down, Katerine kept her place and watched the various warders change to where there were only a few left. At some point she had thrown on her cloak and sat huddled within its folds. With the sun setting, one of the warders had lit torches, she didn't rightly know which one, but it left enough light for her to sit and watch. After drifting off into her thoughts for a few moments, some movement caught the corner of her eye. Looking to this new warder, Katerine eyed him like she had done the others; but he continued to hold her attention.
Compared to the other men, his form seemed completely different and his weapon was one she couldn't place. Of course he was moving so quickly that she really couldn't make out his blade, but it seemed different from a normal sword. Captivated by the various puzzles that arose over this man, Katerine continued to watch him without retreating to her musing. She also was aware of the other warders leaving, which left just this odd warder and her. Rising from the bench, Katerine walked over to just outside the ring of light. The warder still moved about caught up in his forms that seemed to get faster and faster. Deciding that she might as well learn his name to put with her puzzles, Katerine spoke softly but loud enough to where he should hear her.
"I don't believe I have ever seen such a weapon before, and I have been all over the world. Would you mind telling me what it is?"
Katerine knew that it seemed like an odd question to be coming from any woman, even an Aes Sedai; but from experience, Katerine had found that men were more open when you started by asking them a question about their weapon. She couldn't explain it, but despite her ageless face, the men always seemed more open.

Skiiy lets himself go through a couple of more forms, picking slower ones gradually until he stopped altogether. He kneels for a second to catch his breath, for fighting and controlling the air at the same time could really take it out of you. Finally, he returns to his feet and turns to face the Aes Sedai. "Strange question from one who probably has many more important matters to worry about, but I'll answer it nonetheless. It's called a gunblade, it's a weapon from another world, made for short and long-ranged attacks, but the bullets I require for long-ranged attack cannot be made here, so I can't use it anymore." Skiiy looks the Aes Sedai over carefully, trying to remember if he'd met her before. He was never good when it came to names, and he met so many people a day that he could easily forget. After deciding he didn't know her, he nods to himself a couple of times before continuing.
"I don't believe we've met before m'lady. I'm Skiiy Mikaido, the Shining Blue, and Master-at-Arms of the White Tower, and I would be so bold as to ask for the name of a lovely Aes Sedai." Skiiy bows deeply before Katerine, and then returns to a fully standing position, grinning roguishly, for he realizes how truly awkward he must appear, bowing grandly like that when he was shirtless and so covered with sweat that his bowing must look quite absurd.

Katerine watched as Skiiy slowed down and finally came to stop. She watched with a critical eye knowing that if he was weak at this time, he would not be worth bonding. No disappointment could be found though, and a small smile crossed her face. As he described his weapon, Katerine looked at it intently trying to impress the object in her mind. Odd things always had a special reserved place in her mind; it had to be that way with her ability to Foretell.
With his introduction and bow, Katerine gave a small musing laugh. She knew that she had been away from the Tower long, but she didn't know that there was new Master-at-Arms. Deciding that his grin was definitely worth a response, Katerine spoke in the same tone as before.
"I doubt you would have met me before. I rarely am at the Tower, and when I am, I tend to stick to my rooms and the Library. But that tells you nothing about my name. I am Katerine Verhost of the Blue Ajah. I must say I was rather impressed by your style. Your style is as unconventional as your weapon."

((It's alright, I understand, my own crew are usually off by 10:00, I myself will post through all hours of the day though, cause I can. Seriously, I've posted at 2 am before. O.O'))
"Ah, Katerine, lovely name, don't think I've heard it before. I must say that it is truly a pleasure to meet you. If you ever need me, I'd tell ya to look in my room or my office, but I'm rarely ever in them, you would probably have a better chance looking someplace random. See, I'd like to do a little traveling myself, but with no reason to leave the tower, I've kinda been stuck here. It kind of bites. And I like this weapon too,'An enemy cannot prepare for what he does not expect.' That's what fascinates me about you Aes Sedai, you can do anything, and an opponent wouldn't be able to do a thing to prepare himself. It's amazing! I really do respect all of you here at the White Tower."
Skiiy walks over to his shirt and sheathe, looking at them with a bit of a grimace. He picks them up gingerly and begins hitting them against the wall, until he is finally satisfied. Then, he puts the sheathe back on, hangs his shirt from the roof, and returns his gunblade to its proper place before walking back over to Katerine. "Those pesky ants...I hope you don't mind, I'm gonna go shirtless for a while cause I don't want to get it sweaty right now...plus, there still might be an ant or two hidden away in it."

((Quite alright Mog. He would love to post and all, but he has been banned from Gaia due to his parents disapproving. To make a rather long story short, he is basically only allowed to use the computer for school and to check e-mails.))
Taking his compliments and tucking them away, Katerine decided that she wanted to get to know this warder. Even though he had duties within the Tower, he would still be a rather good choice to bond with. This thought though was chased away almost as soon as it had formed. Right now Katerine was interested in getting to know more about him to see if she would like to bond him. His ties to the Tower could be dealt with after she had decided to bond him.
There I go again. Thinking about bonding as soon as I come across a man that seems worthy from first impressions. I really need to get to know him better.
As she thought, Skiiy's actions of hitting his things on the wall had her tilting her head slightly. Although the puzzled look did not appear on her face, a head tilt was almost as much an indication of puzzlement. When Skiiy came back and explained why he had done that, Katerine smiled and laughed a little.
"You should have said so about the ants. I could have removed them easily. I thought there was something else wrong, but couldn't figure it out. And I don't mind if you go shirtless, ants are nothing to laugh about when they are in your clothing."
Katerine started putting the torches out with the Power and when it was dark, she created a small ball of light in her palm that was as good as the torches' light.
"Oh, and thank you for the offer of help earlier. I probably will be taking you up on that offer sometimes because I have no warder, and life is certainly getting more dangerous for me. I was attacked earlier today by a man with a posioned arrow."

"Those ants, I don't even know why they exist...I wish I had been there to help you, next time, come get help from me! Though I suppose you can easily take care of yourself, as long as it ain't a gray man. Now, I'm done training for the night, I don't know what ya gotta do, ya know, like stuff that you need to do, but I'd be happy to accompany you for...let's say, added security." Skiiy gives another of those mischievous grins before bowing and motioning for her to lead the way.

Vancelle Currently Vancelle was looking at a paper describing a certain novice ((hmm...wonder who that is? ^_^)) ((*dances* Yayness! And it's been a crazy few weeks here with midterms, parents weekend, and such, so I've been all over the place.))
Gray listens to Daria leave and just lies on her bed for a moment and listens to her thoughts. After letting her mind roam freely, she reigns it back in, sits up, adjusts her skirts, and leaves her room for her next duty, laundry. While it is definitely not one of the most pleasant duties in the Tower, it is one of the most social, as there are always plently of girls needed for prewashing, getting stains out, the actual washing, the drying, the folding, and the delivering of individual Aes Sedai's personal attire. The last time she had been assigned this duty, she had a little fun in the folding section, stratigically placing itchoak leaves in certain novice and Aes Sedai clothing. Of course, they could never prove it was her, since she was assigned to the prewashing cycle, but it is amazing what you can do with a simple brush by. Gray grins at the memory of Maira breaking out with the red itchy rash all over her body. It was almost enough to make up for some of the torture she had been put through by Maira. Almost, but not quite.
Gray stands over the tub of hot water with a lage paddleover her shouder. She sticks it into the tub and starts stirring the clothing held within. She stirs clockwise for a while, then ot switch things up and make it interesting, she stirs it counter-clockwise.
How utterly stimulating....I want to gag!
She chats amiably with the girls around her, a couple of them are some of the others in the crew she hangs around with. So the time is spent more or less pleasantly. On her way out, though, she turns a corner in the hall and walks smack into Maira, causing both of them to fall to the ground.
Oh Light, I've avoided confrontation for so long, burn it! Why now?
Maira throws a fiery glare at Gray as they get up."Clumsy oaf," she mutters only half under her breath, daggers shooting from her eyes. "Nice to see you too, Maira," says Gray, failing to keep the bitterness out of her toungue.
((and I'll leave with that, because I have to finish studying for my Archaeology exam.))

2wish Jade nodded and smiled a small smile in thanks at one of her best friends, Alina. "I'll have to see, I've heard that there are many new Aes Sedai in the White Tower. Perhaps I should go to the Warder Training Yard sometime, or for a walk. Fresh air would certainly be nice." The brunnette's vibrant green eyes were slightly alight, as if the tall woman had found a new hope, a new inspiration. "Alina, I have no doubt that you will be successful in any Ajah you choose! You're talented." A smile spread on her face, making her features even more charming and more attractive. Perhaps this was why Jade didn't smile much around strangers.((Actually, I picked the dog up off the streets. She was only 3 months. I went to visit her grave today. I move so much that I have to give my dogs away from every location I move from. And I always cry for hours and then almost everyday >.< But I love dogs, I just believe that their fate with me had ended, and fate had led them to another place. The dogs that I find/people give me...I think..were always meant to meet with me someplace and sometime. There's always a reason. I'm just really sad about the stray, she never did have a good life on the streets, and then she died of poisoning. crying I think maybe one of the neighbors gave her poison or something. In Taiwan, many people are so selfish that they hurt others for their own happiness. crying When I went to visit my dog's grave, the large stone I put on it was taken away and put in another place nearby some plants that were planted. It's not like the stone got blown there by the wind or something. Sometimes I feel like ruining their small gardens. I buried my dog in the field...the vet doesn't take care of teh bodies so it's up to us (the owners) to bury or burn our pets. If you read all that, I'm sorry... It's just bringing up the topic gets me so sad and angry. *tear and runny nose* >.<)) seeing the smile on Jades face and seeing how it lights up her already brillint features, alina commented, "Jade, you should smile more often! you look beutiful when you smile." ALina looked over at Dupre to see if he had any comment. he had been quite for queit some time. (( i understand compleatly. but i didnt know you were in Tiwan!))
